Definitely nice to know there are at least a few decent paying jobs out there that don't require patient interaction. I made a mistake becoming an OT, just not a good fit for me. But it's frustrating that I feel trapped in this career, like the only way to do something else is to go back to school yet again.

Thank you for these, this video is very helpful! I am a new COTA graduate and there are no jobs available in the area. I’m in school part time to continue on to my Bachelors and I hope to eventually go into a more manager/supervisor/director type job down the line and working 100% remote sounds like something I would like to do. PRN is not feasible for me to support myself in my city, I would need a more full-time position. Would I be qualified to become a utilization reviewer? Would that help or hurt my resume for the direction I want to go? Do you have any recommendations?

Hi Physiotherapy insider, great question! I would say some yes and some no. So recruiting and sales you can likely find some companies open to you working world wide - usually software companies are the most open to this type of world wide working. Unfortunately utilization review/SICC, are only US based jobs despite being remote. Feel free to ask us any more questions, we are so happy to help!
