Why in all the notebooks you pick up in the trash, do they have this rectangular cut on the front cover and the plastic parts are never completely burned or melted?

there is no way on earth that you could restore that
I love the way there is always a camera operator tagging along to capture the lucky "find" moment, the way that the circuit boards always come up like new after being washed and blow - dried, and the way they always boot up and never ask for a password.
If it worked why would it be dumped in the first place?
I appreciate the strip/reassembly stuff but sorry - I just cannot buy that the item you see as the end result is the same one you saw at the start.
If it was that easy then every tv/stereo/vacuum cleaner found at a local refuse centre would miraculously come back to life after being hosed down in a bucket and having a multimeter prodded around on it.
Sorry for being a bit cynical.....
No, I totally agree, but sometimes you can reinstall windows than film it, sometimes you can like oh they find it in the landfill and put it there than they start recording them "omging" what they find.

Крышку ноутбука, засыпал песком и клеем ниже уровня плоскости th-cam.com/video/Lh8PndO9VAo/w-d-xo.html в конце видео, видно что это нашлепка из песка и клея выше уровня плоскости крышки, а сама крышка еще целая th-cam.com/video/Lh8PndO9VAo/w-d-xo.html . Эмблема DELL была залита черной краской, в конце видео чистая.
Вывод: обман людей, в конце видео мы видим самое начало, когда ноутбук был куплен и еще работоспособен.

Не реально, это фейк. У него все ремонты одинаковые, всегда проломлен дисплей, всегда есть в запасе кнопки именно от этой модели и в нужном количестве, всегда рандомно тыкает тестером в плату и ничего не ремонтирует, тупо помыв все в тазу с водой. И да, ни один ноутбук не имеет следов коррозии, хотя типа лежит на свалке.

Clickbait! This is not a real restoration and how staged and convenient that he finds all the parts at a dump site.
