Great work on the conversion, very sleek looking! My only qualm with it is that the powerfist on the right makes it look like he's about to fall over, although thats just a minor nitpick! Overall it still looks pretty damn great! Will you be doing more Primaris variants of old Firstborn marine models in the future?
Cheers, yup, done vanguard vets and this one so far, half built a test primaris centurion just trying to figure out the chest and arms and how far I want to go with it, got some ideas for primaris devastators and I'd like to tackle a primaris scale terminators and try and keep that iconic terminator look. If you've any units you'd like to see just yell, I maintain a list of stuff I'd like to do and as inspiration comes gather the bits needed so it sometimes takes a while but I'll get to them eventually
Looking through your prior conversion I'm quite excited to see what you have in store for Primaris variants of Centurions, Devastators and Terminators! And For the latter 2 conversions maybe the Heavy Intercessors/Eradicators and the Aggressors respectively could offer a good base for such instead of the usual Intercessor. As for the SM Chapter, would it be possible for it to be from the Sons of The Phoenix Primaris Terminator? As a callback and as a nod to the theory that they might be Loyalist EC Primaris. Edit: I just remembered, but how about a Primaris Space Wolf Wulfen?
Got 2 more wolves ready to do, first one will be for the hounds of morkai, just giving them a more involved look that the straight reaver with bare heads from the new box, and the other is a wolf priest from the indomitus chaplain. Will have to do some reading on the sons of the phoenix, I didn't want to go too far from a stock space marine for the terminator mainly as I wanted to showcase the terminator silhouette rather than all the fun stuff. Centurion I've done the legs from one and figured out how that will work but stalled there at the moment, ill try and pick it up again but its likely to be a longer and more complex video.
Ohh oh ive got an idea for sons of the phoenix, from memory heresy era EC were famed for their swordsmanship, may do a duel welding incursor, the more body formed phobos armour would suit it, pair of curved long knives, greek style helm probably from warcry with some scifi-ing up. Gonna go rummage for bits.

Cheers, the paint scheme is an easy one for these, just Balthasar gold, all over brown wash (i used army painter strong), tidy up with balthasar again, then an edge highlight of ironbreaker
Happy to find another TH-camr doing conversions :) but here is my criticism. What really makes your sanguinary guard into a primaris? The majority of the parts are just sanguinary guard anyway. Would have liked to see some more obvious primaris conversion, such as new primaris weaponry and perhaps a primaris head conversion. I also disagree completely with the posing. Its a jumpack marine but the pose is a sprint? A more static pose might work better or make him flying? I like the idea but i feel you could have pushed the conversion more.
Cheers for the feedback, this one was really aimed at just being a blend of the two kits, I wanted to keep the obvious elements of the unit but upscale it to match Primaris marines size. If I was going to do a more involved conversion I'd probably do some additional work on the lower legs and kneepads to make them a little more bling and in line with the sang guard kit. These vids have some artificial limitations around them, 1. I try and keep them within a 10min limit (in reality this means I have 30 mins real-time to do the conversion in which edits down ton10 mins when you remove all the drying time etc), 2. Minimal greenstuff work, they're aimed at newish modellers so the greenstuff work tends to be limited to gap filling rather than sculpting full details in. 3. Easily accessible GW parts, I'll use bits that are easily grabbable from ebay or a bits reseller, so no out of print kits, non gw parts etc (even the occasional 3d print I use has a direct GW part and was simply cos I couldn't lay my hands on one at the time) 4. Finally usable in game, I try not to arm them with combinations they cannot take in game, there's a little artistic licence here but from 4' away you should be able to identify the unit and its weapons.

What's the green stuff?
It's literally called greenstuff, a two part epoxy putty used a lot in sculpting.
This might have convinced me to do primaris scale Sanguinary guard! How did you paint the gold?
