Tiffany, you have taught me a lot about quilt design and long arm quilting. I have a long arm but was struggling to do free motion quilting on it. I could do pantagrams. But was afraid of the free motion quilting. Thank you for your coaching and illustrations of your methods. Love to see your awards hanging on your wall, wish you had your quilts hanging with them so we could see then. Your husband is great to help you and help with your recordings...Love to see you with your daughters quilting. My daughter is 26 and after watching me for a while, she is just now starting to have an interest in sewing by hand, now she is wanting to learn machine sewing. My son is 46 and I taught him when he was about 10 years old to sew on my machine, because he wanted to know how to sew on his own clothes. Have to love that...
Well thank you for sharing your work on the long arm. You have a great neighbor in Eric, had a great time watching you do this quilt together! Thanks 🙃
Don’t chat a lot, but I do make quilts. I am awed by your ability to select fabric and make beautiful quilts using fabric I would not have though to use. Blessings!
Loved your podcast with Eric…so funny and awesome….jelly roll quilts are a new way of thinking…my grandgirl is doing one now…best wishes and happy stitching 🧵✂️🔆🪡❤️
Just watched this tonight , Soooo much fun ! All of you are great! Love the giggles and Fun ! Beautiful wreath Eric and all that fabric, lucky girl Tiff 👍🏻🎂 great Tee shirt Scott ! The Quilt and the quilting …. FANTASTIC !! 🥰
Oh, wow! One can see Eric's "comfort zone," ease, and level of skill when he sits down! I think he probably did well while standing, but, it's like night and day as he quilts the way he's most comfortable!
Jelly roll strips have 42 in them. I have an accuquilt die cut which cuts my 2 1/2 inch jelly roll strips. I love cutting my own precuts, I also make charm packs and layer cakes
I am so happy for you. your numbers are going up so fast. You are so great at presenting your ideas so the beginner quilters can easily make the patterns. Keep up the good work. 11,000 wow just in a couple days.
Hi Tiffany, one of those always out here watching your videos. Don't comment much on videos but I always do thumbs up for anyone I watch. This was fun but your always fun. Cannot wait to see the quilt show video.
Hi Eric and Tiffany! I drove down to Lake Havasu to the quilt show Saturday, 11/06 from Las Vegas, thinking I would see and say hi. The quilt show was lots of fun, walking on the original London Bridges and the Human Bean coffee shop was delicious. And I see you and another one of my favorite quilters, Eric did a live. Surprise here you guys are! So Sorry I missed you both at the show.
Oh man 😔 I was there all day both days. And I was all over the place. If you would have maybe messaged me via social media I would have met ya somewhere so we could have hung out. I'm sorry you didn't cross my path 😔
What a fun live stream! I’m so bummed I missed out. 🥴 With life before the “c” word coming back, I don’t have as much time to enjoy my you tube friends. 🥺 Happy belated birthday, Tiffany. I hope you were surrounded by your loved ones. 🥰
Missed the live but caught the replay. So hilarious, love the fun. You guys are amazing and love how the quilt turned out. I subscribed to Eric's channel and he is up to 676 at that time. WTG Eric. Tiffany thank you so much for the idea for what to do with the cut offs of HST's. I am making an hourglass border with them for the quilt I am making. Great idea, thank you so much.
Show was awesome. I also watch Erics 52 in 52. It was so funny to see you infront of the long arm ,then Eric had to sit cause he is so tall lol. This video was awesome . John in Massachusetts
The wreath is so pretty. I have closed captions on and when you are sewing it says 'music', and it is! When the long arm is running it says 'applause', lol! I love your laugh, Tiffany. {{}}
On the long arm how do you make it go? I don't see a button or thingy on the handle where you grab it to actually make it quilt. This has been a fun video. It doesn't matter if it's not perfect it's still great to watch 👍

TeeHee! My first car was a Geo Metro. It had a three cylinder engine and would barely get to 65 mph! Totally great name for turtle machines.
It's what Scott drives is a 96 Geo metro 3cl 5speed lol 😆 😂 it's an ugly car and I hate it but it gets 40 mpg so can't complain lol

There is a start and stop button, a needle up and down button and a + and - button. They are on the edge of the round part of the grips.

👋 Hello
Hi everyone what are we making today
Hi to you all, wish I were there, looks like so much fun. One of my first quilts was the jelly roll race, would like to make another one now that I have watched you guys and time and learning has passed. Does your Mom have any tattoos?? Just curious.....
Thank you 😊 and nope my mom is tattoo free. But she has her ears pierced a few times. I did her 2nd and 3 piercings back when I did body piercings 🤪
Hi you guys are awesome aI think I finally got it together so I can coment to you
Karen is here
Hello 👋
I Noticed you were using red snappers. I just bought a long arm and since I am 74 I thought it would be easier to use them. What do you think
If you bend them and roll them on to the bar then it's easier. They are very stuff at first. But they soften up over time 😊
I like the smaller star on the wall near the sewing machines. Does it have a name an or a video?
The blue lonestar quilt?
I’m here
I’m Kimberly in TN just started to follow you as well. What is this technique of sewing called jelly roll race strip sewing ???
Strip piecing or jelly roll race yuppers 😉
Do you cut off 18 inches in the beginning?
Not sure if we did
What is the name of the sewing technique in those strips called.. trying to grasp it
Jelly Roll Race 😉
What did you use for the backing
We just used a fabric from my stash. I think we show the back in the video.

@@TiffanysQuiltingLife I ate at one in Minneapolis Minnesota and it was busy…so that would probably explain why
Ya I ate at a busy Cali one before. It took a hour to get food and it was very greasy fries. It's hit or miss here and there for sure.
