  • Welcome to this Guided Astral Projection | Yoga Nidra | Mind Awake Body Asleep. This guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease. I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).
    This astral travel guided meditation takes you through a classic OBE technique, called the rope technique, but with my own unique twist using yoga nidra and polarity breathing that I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.
    My voice will fall away after about 30 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in binaural beats and whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.
    The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.
    This is astral travel meditation technique is set to binaural beats, so it’s more effective with headphones.

    I'm excited about this one...it's a classic out-of-body technique, but with my own unique twist, using yoga nidra and polarity breathing ✨There's about 30 minutes of guidance, then 40 minutes of pure binaural beats, so you can bask in whatever experience you're having ✨ Let me know how you get on if you try it!

      @RosalieYoga could this meditation be used to achieve a mind awake body asleep state such as sleep paralysis or a deep meditation state such as the I am/Void state? I would like to know Bc that’s what I would like to experience. I’m not really interested in achieve OBE atm. Thanksss!

    I’ve had out of body experiences with ketamine and pcp, and while meditations like this aren’t nearly intense as those, it does work for me. I love the imagery of a rope pulling you out of your body. After I left my body I sped through other planets and galaxies, eventually becoming entirely non physical and into the realm of abstract forms. I cried some too, as I felt like I was leaving my body behind to rot.

      Ketamine and guided meditations are amazing, i've been on so many trips feels like i'm on a conveyor belt passing through different worlds

    I was so close! My body fell asleep, I could tell, and I think I was having REM?? But then I immediately panicked cause of how weird the sensation was! I had pressure in my head and then I got so relaxed and tingly and couldn't feel any of myself but then I went into what felt like a panic attack (but not quite) and despite trying to regain the sensations, I was too awake and panicking to continue ☹️ I'm going to keep trying until I can successfully calm myself enough to complete the projection. This has been my second real attempt at projection and this video is by far the better one!!! Thank you!!!!!!

      OMG! I didn’t have an Astral Projection but I found myself in a TRUE lucid dream. I’ve had lucid dreams in the past but this one felt real. I could feel the street below me, the wind and sun hitting my skin, and everything was clear. I started getting excited and woke up. That was my fault. I’ve lucid dreamed for years but nothing like this. Thank you!! Namaste 🙏

    I was taught how to astral project from an ex girlfriend who once witnessed me wake myself up from sleep paralysis a few times. She got excited and found her copy of journeys out of body by Robert Monroe. I read it and thought what a bunch of horsesshit....but then I actually got it and it changed my life. I was a pompous ass, with a bad additude, and higher states of consciousness changed my life for the better, forever. I now have just absolute love for everyone and the universe for allowing me this life-especiallyy after 20 years of heroin and meth use for being alive, with all my teeth,and my sanity. Keep raising that minds eye everyone, for heaven is already within us

    i was aiming to astral project but apparently i needed deep sleep more. defiantly saved this one to a playlist, first time in years i've felt well rested that until i tried this one to help get me back on track with spiritual practices, that yes i'd forgotten what it was to feel rested. The two things definitely go hand in hand.

    Once i was trying to astral travel and I'm not able to confirm whether it was dream or i was traveling irl ....here r some details abt what i experienced
    There was portal from where i travelled to a forest with tall trees a lil dark
    I was able to see other spirits as white n black ones like a blurry shadow ....was able to see myself as white one
    There was a old monument where there were many white shadows i talked with them too
    HERE A LIL SCARY PART COMES
    There was a black shadow like entity , an old lady as i identified by her voice as i talked to her ....i was able to sense that she was asking me about myself a lot n was trying to be good but was evil
    I knew that I'm mortal and i have to hide this secret from shadows here....but i felt like this lady somehow sensed i was mortal and was using me
    As i decided to go to the real world thru the portal i checked no one was following but as i was justt abt to enter that lady appeared behind my back ( she always stayed behind my back never showed herself)n told me to take her with me ....n boom i was awake n hella scared lol

    Hi Rosalie. I've been practicing astral projection with this clip for the past several weeks. I haven't been able to fully exit my physical body yet but I have been able to make my energy body move up and down. :) I've also been able to make my energy limbs float so I think I'm on the right track!

    Was vibrating like crazy! Was unable to fully let go since I’m a little scared from the time I accidentally left my body meditating a few years ago.. I think I’ll try to face my fears later tonight .

      Ooh. I found for a while I get random vibrations occur and sometimes they are very intense. I can concentrate them when they are super strong and roll out. Any reoccurring experiences for you?

    I got 42 minutes into this then woke up but I wasn't asleep either, most of the time I have bad dreams but listening to this I wasn't dreaming at all.. I'm going to listen to this again and see if something different happens but I was very relaxed and everything was peaceful listening to this

    I’m very picky with who I listen to for guided meditations - some guides will have their voices too loud and abrupt and interrupting at times, some use crazy music or too music that’s too stimulating, some seem to be trying way too hard to be genuine, etc..This has led me to stick with just a few sources for guided meditations, and my most listened to source has been “Unlock your mind”
    With that said, I decided to listen to you as my guide this time, and I was very happy with your video - I find your voice very smooth and soothing. Almost so gentle at times that I feel like I don’t even hear it, like I’m being spoken to directly into my being. Thank you for this meditation! Keep up the great work and always be exactly who you are - because it’s perfect for this work ☺️

    I've tried different videos but this one's so far the best. It was so effective, that I started drifting off my body and was floating around way before I'm supposed to as per the guidance. So it kinda caused conflict. I started floating by the time I finished the breathing itself. So then I grew restless with the guidance and couldn't do further. I kinda drained myself out. Thank you for this. I'm definitely going to practice using this video.

    I decided to give this a try, but long before you reached the point of astral projecting, my body felt like it was swaying back and forth, and I was seeing OVERWHELMINGLY bright lights, they were so bright it was like I was staring into the sun, I got a little overwhelmed during this and believe I missed my chance as once I started "panicking" the lights began to dim and the swaying stopped.

    Hi, Thanks for your videos, I tried this yesterday, I did not Astral project but I had good experience relaxing deeply. A work 'walking' just came to my mind and disappeared,it was like telepathic communication from someone. It is a good experience. Naturally I'm gifted with clairaudient ability but receiving information telepathically for first time. I tried this from my bed with kids sleeping next to me, it was difficult to stay still, I'll try it from another room today, I'll keep posting experience here, Thanks again.

    One try and I found myself in a very intense vibrational stage... I felt my center of consciousness move away from my body and had vivid colors and shapes appear all around me. I didn't feel a desire to go further so I sat in that for a while and decided to come back. Great video and I'm looking forward to another try soon :)

    This was one of the most profound experiences I've ever had in my life. When i opened my eyes it reminded me of dmt in the way that even when u close your eyes you can see damn

      I mean i felt everything u said but was twitching really bad but when the body was relaxed it was immediate like i was glued and electricity was flowing WILD all over me. I did this during an adrenaline rush directly after a panic attack and maybe that was dangerous but still dang It yeilded results

    Previously I had an astral project experience that made me scared to fall asleep because I initially thought I was dead seeing my body on the bed and not feeling anything. But I was free and floating, so I def want to experience that again.

    I've recently found your videos after going through many other channels and techniques. I am still green to meditation but I have had many great experiences with chakras and seeing all the colors and feeling the vibrations. I look forward to having a full OBE one day.     I got to the vibration part feeling it all over my body. I was twitching and starting to feel like I was shaking but tried my best to remain calm. Idk if it was excitement or a bit of fear but I “woke up” although I wasn’t sleeping and not I can’t get back to this point 😩 I feel like i can’t fully relax

    I love them. Your the best Rosalie 😊 I've not yet been able to astral project yet, but continue to try. I really like the vibrational feelings i get from "ohm chanting" sounds. Idk if youd be able to make one like that?, but if you could I would love you for the rest of infinity! 💛 just woke up at 3 a.m to see if that would help. 🤞

    This meditation must really resonate with me because from the very first time I played it I was almost immediately vibrating.
    I love this I don’t know how or why but it seems to take me straight into a trance like place.
    I have successfully experienced inducing a OBE before but right now I’m struggling getting past the stage where you often feel a presence around you. It can feel quite sinister so I break out of the trance. Any advice would be appreciated.

      Oh, this was similar to one I had, it had me blocked for a while, believing in yourself and fully in control. Your mind has untapped energy as you well know and can create its own safety barriers.

      @@RosalieYoga I've tried your other meditations but you always leave me behind then I'm lost and drift backwards. The rope worked great. I just put my left hand up on the rope then my right hand and I climbed right out of my body. After that I was free. I need more visual aids, my imagination has drifted away over the years.

      I'm having a hard time. Have you considered doing a meditation with the door where you describe the door in detail then let me open it? Maybe that would work. I just can't see the door. The rope worked once, now I'm getting stuck again. I know it's there, I know where I need to go, I just seem to lose my concentration, ego man takes over and raises my heart rate.

    Hey Rosalie! I keep trying your guided astral projections and keep falling asleep 😢 I even tried it on the floor and during the day. Any tips? Just keep trying everyday until it works?
    Thank you for these videos 🙏 your voice is very soothing. I trust I will get my first astral projection soon, I was an avid lucid dreamer when I was younger, and have always been interested in consciousness, spiritually, etc.

      Try it in the morning. Wake up one hour earlier than usual and you will have a big chance not to fall asleep and astral project

    Didn't feel obe but i Was able to Access My memories very clearly and feel those feelings i felt during they happened, My memories usually Are not very clear

    I can feel i’m so close to projecting, as i feel the vibrations and I can even feel my energy self trying to leave but I just can’t get myself to fully get out. It feels like i’m stuck. Any suggestions?

    It was as if after I had climbed the rope, I was viewing my room and when my mind thought of my dead granddad, it was as if I flew or immediately went there. I felt as if I was communicating to him and when he said something (he didn't say anything bad) I was sadly scared and went back to my body. After a few moments I could feel his presence connecting to my presence. Were these real??!! It felt so real.

    This was amazing. I wasn’t able to leave my body. Something I’ve been struggling with for months. But my palms were on fire with all the energy. I kept trying to maximize it and move it. I wear an eye mask and at one point, I was able to open my eyes slightly and try to visualize the rope and the ceiling. I have an ileostomy bag and I wonder if that is what keeps me from easily leaving my body. Maybe it just isn’t time yet. Hard to believe though bc I can literally feel my energy body separate from my physical body. I just can’t get out.

      Thanks for sharing - that sounds like a brilliant result! It might work even more if you just relax into the experience. Go in with the attitude that whatever happens, happens. I know when I try to force something to happen or attain a certain result, I create a kind of "tension" within myself. I have the most success when I create a strong intention to have an OBE and then release it and just go with the flow :) Maybe try again with another technique and see what happens...       I understand. I have Crohn's, and the gut can be loud, drawing the attention back to the body. We have to be more patient with our bodies but should still be able to achieve our goals 😽❣️

    Im about to try this technique I’ve tried almost all your other ones I get very deep in the vibrational state feeling like my body is kinda pulling then it goes away and I snap back to myself I’m having trouble getting farther into projecting any tips would be much appreciated

      Well done for getting to that stage! I find a few things can keep me "stuck" - sometimes it's fear, sometimes it's because I'm too much in head (analysing/ thinking about the process) and sometimes I'm focusing too much on the physical sensations.
      You might want to try this: when you feel the vibrations reaching their peak, give a really strong, simple command like "Out-of-body now!" and direct all your attention somewhere else (like your front door or kitchen). This is something I learned from William Buhlman and it works really well for me.
      Even during an OBE remember to command whatever you want. For example, sometimes you might find your vision isn't clear, you can command "Clarity now!" or if you feel heavy, command "Light body now!" Just remember to be very literal and demand exactly what you want.
      It's actually a lot of fun to see what happens when you demand things you want and expect them to happen... Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

    I have a question, when you say to ‘lean into’ your vibrations and increase them. How would you go about that? When I am doing these videos, I get (what feels like) bubbles up and down my legs. Which I assume are vibrations but I’m not sure. However, when I try to increase them or focus on them, I start to come away from my astral body. I’ve studied a bunch that moving the vibrations up and down your body from scalp to tips of toes, back and forth, it increases your energy body. But my energy body tends to come from completely zoning out while doing yoga nidra. Focusing on my vibrations starts to do the opposite.
    I used to project without trying in my 20’s but now in my late 30’s, I’ve been practicing for about 6 months. I’m finally started to feel my energy body separate from my physical body. My legs tend to float up a bit but the rest of my astra body hasn’t separated yet. It’s funny to feel them floating around. Lol
    Do you have any advice on the vibrations? Or just keep practicing? Thanks so much Rosalie. ❤🙏🏻

      It sounds like you have found what works (and doesn't work) for you. So, definitely go in that direction! Every one is different and unique and it's great that you are developing your own sense of what works for you. Usually it's once you feel the vibrations at their peak that you focus all your attention away from the physical body and give a strong command (like, "Out of body now!" or "Kitchen now!"). But if you're finding that focusing on the vibrations keeps you in-body, then drop that and do what has been helping you float out your legs. Use a strong command when you sense a part of you can float. Maybe try saying, "Whole body float now!" and see what happens.... Using a strong command (and expecting that result) is a technique I learned from William Buhlman and I use all the time :) It really works for me! Good luck and keep me posted on your progress!

    Will try it.....have been trying to consciously astral project for years after it happened one time spontaneously. Have read numerous books, bought hemisync cassettes (yep, been trying so long that we were still using cassette tapes, LOL), and tried just about everything on youtube. Had some relaxing experiences, but no AP. My question is.....did this method work for you?

      I am a martial arts mystic. A bit like a Bruce Lee minus the Hollywood.
      I've had countless out of body experiences through intense martial arts training.
      But I have also had at least one out of body experience using Robert Monroe's sound technology.
      So, I already know it's possible to go into the astral plains, but what I don't know yet is which techniques produce the most valuable astral experience.
      My hemi sync induced astral projections were of a different nature than my martial arts induced astral projections 🤔.
      (I've also had cross fit and dance induced astral projections)
      Do you mind sharing with me an example of an out of body experience that you've had while using hemi sync?

    Hello Rosalie, my name is Kevin and I am a martial arts mystic. I love your guided astral projection rope climb technique.
    But I would like to hear your opinion on something. Does it make sense to you that a person can have an astral projection based on extra energy they've received from another person?
    In other words, person A sends energy from their energy body to enhance person B.
    Now that person B has extra energy, they can now experience psychic activities, or even astral projection in a much easier fashion.
    Does any of this make sense to you?

      Hi Kevin. Great to connect with you and thanks for reaching out. In theory, yes, this seems plausible as long as the other person wants to use this energy boost for this purpose. I would see this as receiving a kind of energy healing (like reiki), with the intention of increasing someone's vibration. That person could then in theory use this energy to easier connect to their own energy body and to project. The important thing though is that person receiving it would need to want to have an OBE. This is just theory though - I've never come across something like this...
      I have however directly asked for help to "come out" when I feel "stuck" in the physical. I literally put my astral hand out and ask my guides to pull me out. This works sometimes, but can be scary and you have to be willing to trust... So, if you want to offer help, you can also work in the non-physical.
      Something else that comes to mind is how Robert Monroe used to spend a lot of his time out of body helping people transition who recently died. He helped many people, but again in the non-physical realms. He writes about in his 2nd book I believe...

      @@RosalieYoga Yes it does help. Especially the part with sticking your hand out for help, because I've done that a few times in the past.
      I sent my wife energy using healing martial arts (I attack her in reverse: Which means the blows are designed to enhance her instead of harming her) (i strip my attack moves of the dark energy, yet keep the empowering energy)
      After our 30 session, she is left with an amazing about of energy cycling her body for about 2 days.
      If she focuses on astral travel she can have that, but if not, it doesn't happen. So you were right again.

    If anyone could share advice that would be extremely helpful, my experience was short and brief. I did it in a dark space of my ship, and everything was how I felt comfortable. There is a slight buzz of noise that I drown out and the talk through was perfect. I felt my arms and hands and legs and feet get numb but tingly at the tips and when it was time to leave I was able to. I envisioned myself has a glowing yellow body and literally grabbed the rope and yeeted myself through this ceiling which opened up into space. Everything was perfect until it was all moving too fast I was flying through the cosmos going through stars and rocks and I was trying to slow down but I couldn’t so immediately thought of the ocean and there I was, literally flying through the ocean past sharks and turtles I tried to slow down but I couldn’t and then I thought of horses and then I was literally running in a group of wild horses just hauling ass and then I was riding one , I managed to slow down a little bit so I went back into space and was being pulled by a green and purple woman deeper into space I was like wtf so I pulled away and a different hand grabbed me , it was like an animal hand with claws but it just kept pulling me through different worlds some barren some blasting with colors and I kept flashing from that to back in my mind I kept going back and forth because my astral projection was moving fast af and my brain felt like it was straining so I grabbed the rope and tugged, was back in my space on the ship and opened my eyes.. any tips on how to slow it down?

      Remain calm is number 1 rule in any situation, what you experienced was all in your mind, that is the key to the palace.

      Intention is the key… You have to tell yourself (simply make the thought) to slow down. In the astral realm we move at the speed of thought! So, you simply think “stop” or “slow down” instead of just riding along on what’s happening. ❤

    when your in a OBE are you seeing from your spirit body or are you looking at your spirit body from the location of your physical body? how do i know when im having an actual OBE? i can visualize great but never get to see things for real. thanks

      During an OBE, it's your energy body that exits or expands beyond the physical body. You are seeing and sensing with this energy body. You can imagine this as an energetic copy of your physical body. When you have an OBE, you will know it - it is unlike anything else. It's more real than anything you've every experienced in "real life!" Keep going - it just takes practice and patience and is a skill that anyone can learn :) Maybe try a different technique that might work better for you. Good luck ✨

      You are afraid of loosing control. Maybe you carry some bad memories or feeling that are the brink on reaching the surface. It If this happens, just push them away. Visualize how they fly away, or how you throw them away. Tell your self that all feelings are aloud, observe it and send it away. But before aloud them to exist.

      Hi Laura. It's not uncommon to feel this while you're getting into the hypnagogic (mind awake, body asleep) state. I've heard a few people mention this, but I've never experienced it myself. I can imagine it would be quite scary. If it happened to me (and I felt safe), I would probably surrender to it and see what happened. One exit technique is to sink (rather than float). My bet would be that you would "fall" and find yourself out-of-body. If I come across anything that might be helpful, I'll pass it on :)

      This happens to me, too, you're not alone. I agree with the advice to surrender to it - when I surrender to it, I feel like I'm falling from a very great height, or at the very top of a super high roller coaster that's about to drop. It doesn't feel that great, really, but there is nothing to be afraid of and it's an interesting sensation. Let the feeling be your teacher: "I am here to learn what falling feels like." You have the capacity to feel it 100%. It won't take you over.

      Yes, Seita. Yes, in theory this is possible if the person is the 'mind awake body asleep' state, but in practice it would be quite tricky. Best to try to have separate experiences and then come together in the astral. You can set a meeting point.

      Hi Donald. Yes, this technique works really well for me because it's quite "tactile." You focus on the feeling of the wall and the rope. I've always felt energies easily and can visualise easily, so this is a great one for me. But everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for someone else. In my personal practice, I often simply to sit up after the vibrations have reached their peak or visualise myself full of energy and keep expanding the light outwards. Just experiment with a few techniques and follow your own inner guidance. Ultimately you will know what's best for you ✨ Good luck!

    Hi Rosealie, I'm so confused about this. I dont mean to be rude or negative. From what I've understood theres the ego we must not hold onto. I get that. But when I go to places like Reddit, its full of people who write nonstop about AP. Some come off as very egoistical though. Doesnt that mean that some who AP come back and have an ego-centric side of themselves with the AP? Like I dont get this and cant find anything about it other than spiritual egoism, but not related to AP.

    I really love this. I like your voice, the pace, the whole meditation. However, within a minute of 30 I get the creeps by the music. To me it feels it repeats every 16 seconds. And by the time your voice fades out, it's even more obvious and I'm so annoyed, I turn it out. Which ruins the whole experience.
    I turned on the video again(by accident, I thought it was another one) just to get super relaxed and enter the hypnogogic phase during my midday "me-time". And again... That quick repetition....
    It would be so so nice if you could edit it with a different tune (or even without)

      you know, you use your fantasy? Say to yourself: Fantasy is reality. Boom, try it. btw ive not tried AP but I've tried few OBE, but not from ap induced. Focus on love. Love is the eternal force. Try and mediate and spread love. Remember what you think is reality, say that to yourself. But negative thoughts arent, if they pop into your head, ignore them. It will be hard for you but it can be done. Raise your vibration, which is really love. Love yourself, dont be selfish, love others, if you can forgive hateful/hurtful people soon after they hate you, then you will return to the state of love. Send love to your loved ones, including passed on. They may visit you but you must be open to it.

    The only thing you can do is create an environment where astral projection might happen. If you actually astrally project it is accidental and you usually travel somewhere within the same energy cycle/planet. Most people just do it falling asleep instead of meditation. I'm saying it happens on it's own naturally. There are no rules with astral projection. It works different with every person. Most people who try to bank roll this ability probably aren't even doing it every time.
