      No! That was Sheffield Engine Services, and I'm never using them again. This work was completed by Seager Engineering.

    the refurbished parts look good but 10 months? with no communication from them after they committed to 3 months? hopefully theres alternate businesses for future rebuilds

      Seager engineering are a one man band and the work is right up there with the best
      He has tried to get get a trainee to pass some knowledge onto but still can't find anyone interested as far as I know

      Agreed, I understand that and have great admiration for his standard of work. That's not the issue. I was mildly critical of his communication, or lack of it, which I hoped would be better, and generally less belligerent - apparently we were somehow responsible for the delay, not him. When we rang him, after about6 or 7 months, (he never contacted us) he wasn't very pleasant. Any explanation for the delay was only received last week (but no hint, shape or form of an apology) 🤔😒
