Now this is what I like!! Taking a truck that many don't think it's good enough and making it a very capable rig that gets people saying what chassis is that lol. I've been working with a gen8 v2 now with getting it lcg with keeping the same frame, trans, and axles and it's hitting hard lines! Love it man great video 💯👌
Thank you for taking this truck to the next level. I was on the fence about getting one of these. I think it’s worth, for the fun of upgrading it. The brushless motor to me make a huge difference.
Mine came with a broken upper panhard mount from the factory and took them 3-4 weeks to make and ship the replacement part. There is no part number for it either. I ended up paying someone to design and print spares for me.
I'm trying to replicate a couple things you did. How did you move the mounting point for the shocks on the axels? How do you get your front shocks to stay compressed and achieve that angle?
Very nice video…strong servo, lightweight wheels, strong motor, and frontal weights are the key to success. That sweet looking rig with rock pirates parts. From $250 to $1000 lol is it worth it?
Cool crawler!…
Cool shop!…
Cool perro!…
Cool Prius under the car cover! 👍🏼
Thanks 👍

I have the same vehicle sitting on my work bench. Now I have a direction on where to take it. Thanks Reefs 🤘 Awesome video👍🏻🤘
Glad to help
Awesome video. I almost purchased an FMS Atlas but found part support lacking at the time. Love the new studio and rock crawling coarse.

The shafts will spin inside themselves after being under stress. Replace and no issues. Nice video.
Love the build
thanks man
Great video!! Loved watching you hit those hard lines. Most excellent 🤙
Thanks 👍
cool video like the old body style look.
Awesome wish I could show you my Atlas and compare trucks, having a blast with the mods.
That would be cool!
Yeah reefs crawlhouse is all the way awesome❤ looks amazing an loved the video 📹
I agree anyone really into RC’s is always upgrading our rigs & it never stops you don’t really think a whole lot about how much you’ve spent.
I love Fms stuff
Nicely Done, It sounded like "Raymond" was narrating the Video. Subscibed
Thanks dude!!

It’s hard to remember. But I believe we mounted the shocks to the link mount vs the shock mount. We also installed the rock pirate shock towers.
@@reefsrc thanks!
Great video! What length shocks are those? Same length front and rear? Thanks!
Same front and year they were 90mm
Thank you!@@reefsrc
I have the same truck...need me same set up...shock towers, and new reeves servo. Do ya all ship to Fort Mitchell, Alabama?
We do check out our site. Reefsrc.com. those shock towers are Rock Pirates RC
Looks great!
Thanks!
Will y'all be listing which parts work with these on the website? I've got a blue that has just been sitting to the side. Would love to make it better
We listed links to the parts we used. 👍🏼
Sir, I have a question, the Atlas is $250 right now.. if the upgrades are included in your built, how much is a total cost?
I’m not sure we want to admit that 😂🤣. It’s over a grand.
@@reefsrc thank u for your honesty
Was that the 3" or 3.16" Rock Pirates bumper?
3.16
@@reefsrcAppreciate it!
👍
Which truck shock towers fit?
10.2 / Enduro towers, used rear towers up front also.
Need to put yours up against mine
Tighten down the nut on the shaft where the motor is hooked up to
Thanks we found it right after the video!

We think so lol. It’s more our style now.
