I've been HEAVILY debating my next vehicle and I finally dwindled it down to a truck over these past few months. Kept looking past the ridgeline. The lift, with the blacked out theme and tints. I mean, seriously that's fresh as hell man. This video just convinced me to reconsider, thank you.
I just bought a 2024 Ridgeline Trailsport.....I've had it about a month now, totally love it. My brother saw it today said omg, you got to put a level kit on it. SO THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO !!

I have always been a huge fan of the Ridgeline. A 1.5 inch is perfect. Honda could own the mid-sized truck/ute market if they made purpose built applications for serious off-road, overlanding and on pavement. Your truck looks really nice and I like what you've done with it. I'm looking into the new Tundra for towing otherwise the Ridgeline would be it.
Thanks and yes I agree with you. I have two close friends with Tundras and you can’t go wrong with them. A bit too big for me since I have no true need of towing or having more power. The Ridge is the right fit but good luck with your future choice 👍
Wow that's a very nice looking truck and when it's level like that it actually looks really good, some people say you have to get your headlights realign no because the front end lifts up and your headlights are too high did you have to get yours done?
@@truthnow902 Unfortunately I do not have the truck anymore however I did not realign the headlights but I was getting some flashes from on coming cars. Since I don’t do much night driving I did not take the time to adjust them.
I have the same color truck, I really like the accessories you added, like your hood decal and I also just ordered the same level kit, mine is also 5 months old, good to know the suspension is not affected by the level kit and the look is definitely great with it! Good job!
Love thevideo. Solves the ugly forward rake. Without the lift I’ve always wondered what is wrong with the look of my truck. Too much of a forward rake or is the front too short compared to the rear? Is that what you were trying to fix with this?

Hello, yes the kit had the links. I had a local mechanic do the install so really can’t give info regarding the installation. Once you get it installed you will luv the look, it is a noticeable look.
I just bought a 2023. I had a medium lift kit on my chevy that screwed it up. I'm thinking about just doing a front level on this one so I can put a slightly bigger aggressive tire on. The 245/60's just don't do it justice. I'm afraid to mess this truck up though.

Ha, once I saw other 21’s with the lift I had to, lol, the lift kit was $207 from Truxxx, and I paid $160 for install. I have not noticed any gas mileage changes so far. Definitely happy with it.

Once it’s time to change out my stock tires I will definitely go a bit bigger and yes I agree the stock sport wheels look good, time will tell if I end up keeping them or changing them but for now no plans. Thanks 👍
Looks Great! Did a National Mechanic shop do the install or an independent shop? Did you have to adjust the headlights? I was quoted $600 for the install at a 4X4 specialty shop.
Thanks, I had a independent mechanic install my level lift. From group chats the average for the install is between $400 and $600. I was lucky to pay $160, but it’s a mechanic my dad has used for years. Good luck!
Do they make a lower level kit for the rear? I know this kit raises the front to match the back but I’m looking to lower the rear to match the front height.

Thanks, the level lift did not affect any of the adaptive cruise or lane keep assist , the rain guards are Well Visors brand, I luv the lift , thanks again
I am not sure, although I’ve seen that Honda dealers will install the Jsport lift and won’t void the warranty. But don’t think this includes other brand lift kits.
I did not, the drive and handling is exactly the same as prior. My mechanic did not see a need. I asked since I have read that others have, but I did not change wheels nor tire size.

Good idea, I will work on doing a live ride video, as of now the truck drives the same as stock, I have not noticed any difference other than feeling that it’s lifted from drivers view, the hood is more leveled upward which I luv. 😀
The lift looks great, but those fake vents on the fenders look ridiculous. I'll never understand why people like those things, but it's your truck so to each their own.

@@ah4800 I know that. They also have more ground clearance. Great truck, but probably not the right choice for most buyers in this range. 90% of small trucks will never go offroad. The difference in comfort level using this thing as a daily driver is massive. A kid getting his first driver probably doesn't care about this, but to anyone older than that, it does. The Honda does almost everything the Toyota does, and many things it does much better. There are tons of videos showing it's offroad prowess, for those who do want to use it that way. Really, different products aimed at different customers.
Looks good, but take those fake ass AutoZone fender vents off that thing. Looks like when Mexicans tape hood scoops on and put every tape on accessory that AutoZone stocks. And what AutoZone sticker did you ruin the hood with? Or hell, just put a fear this sticker on the tailgate

I am considering making a Ridgeline next vehicle and the lift absolutely makes it look like it should have from the factory, plus that with some skidplates would help a little more for light offroad or 4WD "recommended" use. I’m looking to add more aggressive rims soon but having tough decision if I should stick with 18’s or go with 20’s. Unfortunately I did not take video of the lift install because I was working while the mechanic worked on the install.

@@ah4800 Not unless you plan to do serious offroading. Tacomas are quality trucks, but they have a terrible ride, are noisy, and handle like a barge.
