Nice truck! Bonus that anyone who buys it will probably pay $500 extra to get those Z71 stickers removed.
They are awful…such stupid people
Gorgeous truck! Only bummer are those JC Whitney grab handles drilled into the cab sides and those Z71 stickers....
I wouldn’t brag about that 700R4 pod.
I miss my 86 square body. That 87 looks factory perfect except for the bed decal and compass.
Very nice truck. Saw rust on back bed panel, when tailgate was opened. Needs to fix right away! I have a square body. Have always been a Chevy truck guy!
Don't care for the old grandpa add-ons, but it's a nice truck!
I really miss the 87 I had best truck I ever owned. 350 tbi 4spd w/grany first 4x4 quad shocks on the front tow package 8ft bed black and grey. It's been at least 25 years and remember it like it was yesterday.
Beautiful besides those z decals, and it needs a real bed liner..
for 38k, you can keep it
I know these k10s well I would say it's an 86 looking at the grill
Its a shame the nice dash has a compass and grab handle screwed into it. Nice truck!
How much?
How much$
got my DUI in that truck!! long dam time ago
May I make a correction? 1991 was the last year for the square body models. Yes the plain cab pickups "half ton & three quarter ton models only" were finished in 1987 but the rest of the models were still in production up through 1991 except for the one ton plain cab pickups & plain cab medium duty series models because those were finished in 1989.
Why do you want to sale keep it this great car
Why would anyone modify one of these classic trucks? Issue number one is the compass stuck or screwed into the dash and the door pull added to the dash area above the glove compartment. Another issue is the hand holds or whatever it is screwed to each side of the cab just behind each door. Then the stickers added the each side of the truck bed. Its obviously the owners truck and he can do what ever he or she wants to do to the truck but its very obvious that each of the modifications degrades the truck in the eyes of a collector of 1960s 1970s 1980s and 1990s very classic one of a kind classic trucks.
Nice R-10. Now get that A/C charged, it's low when it short cycles like that.
*Code 29: Dark Blue ...*
nice truck 🚚🚛🛻🚛🚚
Z71 stickers gotta go, and it is a v10 not a k10
Came here to see if anyone would correct them on the V designation 😂 and I agree about the z71 stickers 🤢
C10 is a 2 wheel and K10 is a 4 wheel.. where did the V come from??
Yes & 1987 was the first year for the R/V series. The reason why the C/K series were dropped & renamed R/V series was to make a distinction between the square body models & upcoming next generation C/K series pickups which were the OBSs for the 1988 model year because both of those body designs were going to be in production at the same time which lasted up through 1991. So all of the square body models produced from 1987 through 1991 were R/V series. The dude in the video said 1987 was the last year for the square body models. Actually 1991 was the last year for the square body models. The only square body models they stopped producing in 1987 were the plain cab pickups "half ton & three quarter ton models only". 1989 was the last year for the one ton plain cab pickups. After that, the crew cab pickups & SUVs were the only square body models left in production up through 1991.
