The man trained Roy Jones Jr. for his fight with Tyson a few yrs ago. You will learn the terminology of fighting/boxing. What you’re thinking of is a lead off or follow up attack but that’s not what a lead punch is called. There is the jab 1 cross (or straight) 2 lead hook 3 rear hook 4 lead uppercut 5, and rear uppercut 6. That’s the traditional terminology. Then there are variations of punches like the under jab, overhand and shovel hook.Just take our word for it. There’s nothing incorrect with what he said in this vid. I won’t argue anymore.
