Okay so you have no reason not to trust this comment as an 18 year old made this recipe and god damn it is the best recipe I’ve ever made and I love it so much, I’m glad I saw this video.. thank you so much I appreciate and looking forward to more videos like this in future! Peace❤️
I made paneer at home and I watched every single paneer dish in your channel and got confused coz everything was equally awesome 😍 now you read my mind and gave a recipe at the perfect time to try!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe Hema ji and there is a difference in this receipe while comparing with paneer butter masala. I will definitely try this😍
I tried this recipe yesterday and my neighbours loved it. I added pepper to the recipe coz I felt the oomph was missing. Thank you for this post. May you be blessed with all your heart’s tiny wishes
You are changing my life. Thank you so much. I had no idea there could be so much done with milk. I now know Malai, and Khoya. Both of these things are amazing. Much love from Canada :) xoxo
Mouthwatering..🤤So rich and creamy..Can't wait to taste it..Loved the way you showed malai preparation..It's so much better than using store brought fresh cream..A big thumbs up to the recipe😋👍
looks nice. Why do you mix ghee and oil? any specific reason? traditionally, we do not mix the two things to start with. We either prepare the base masala in oil, and add raw ghee later to the final dish, OR we just use desi ghee to prepare the base masala. The reason is that ghee and oil have different smoking and burning points, and at different temperatures their taste and texture change. I am really interested to know why you mix the two things to prepare your base masala?
