Paneer kurchan ( 200gm paneer )
Onion - 2 cut
Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato - 2 (only outer)
Gingergarlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Capsicum- 1 full chopped
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Kashmiri chilli - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Add water
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry kasthuri methi
Coriander leaves

Tried recently. Everyone in my family , liked it so much. different form usual paneer butter masala and paneer tikka masala and easy to make.
Thank you so much Sir for this wonderful recipe. I tried Paneer Kurchan semi-gravy today and it came out very well. The dish tasted very delicious and I had it with steamed basmati rice. I was able to prepare the recipe in 30-45 mins.
