    I would say one of the easiest ways is to pay attention to eye contact (especially at a young age) and pointing. My 9 month old points. my 5 year old moderately autistic son does not. Nor does he usually make eye contact. If your child is making eye contact at 2 years old and pointing and trying to get you to look at things and engaging you in almost any social way even WITHOUT speaking its very unlikely its autism or if it is its very mild and I wouldn't be worried. If your child is NOT attempting to get you to do things with them or get your attention to socialize or making eye contact with you when you get their attention or you have to say their name (literally) 10 times to get them to glance your way even if they CAN speak its more likely they are autistic.
    Other behaviors like ear covering or getting overwhelmed if he gets too excited and throwing a tantrum that lasts 1 or 2 seconds (often with self harm) and tip toes when bare foot are good things too pay attention too.
    Get a diagnosis. start with speech therapists and often they will hint that it could be autism then move to a a pediatrician that specializes in diagnosis. Just assuming is BAD and can easily hurt the development of your child. It also hurts children who are actualy autistic in the same way that all the "fake" adhd kids hurt people with adhd. People see that child and say "wow. autism doesn't really mean much does it? why are we having special programs for these children when they aren't any different than my children?"
    Most importantly though even if your child is autistic the worst case is they live with you forever and you play pokemon and minecraft together like best friends your entire life. Or whatever they hyper focus on. Just enjoy being with them and remember they are having a blast.

    • @swaitlanamishra4950
      @swaitlanamishra4950 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Speech therapy is needed in both cases . Professional help is good but you need to work at home too with your child. Start stimulating your child as much as possible. Spend time play with your child take him to parks and different places , work on sensory issues if any present . With all this continuous effort your child will improve with time

    Can they speech normally?

    • @swaitlanamishra4950
      @swaitlanamishra4950 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depends on severity. And your continuous effort… yes if right intervention is given on time they can be fluent speakers , but not all of them, some can have phrase related speech some can be need based and even some remains non verbal. So it all depends on severity if delay and of course your effort on your child.
