I think it’s a minimalist design but it still needs an interior decorator to elevate the aesthetic
I agree with your sentiments but I think the primary bedroom is closed in on purpose to isolate it from the rest of the home.

Nice house!! But way overpriced @ over $3 million dollars. Maybe I'm just picky but at over $3 million dollars the land should be more than 1 acre and where's the inground pool and a separate outdoor kitchen. At that price point I definitely don't want a small grill on the covered patio up against the house.
Price tag for the house should be more like $1.8 million..... which is the price that they are going to have to go down to if they want this house to sell.
Otherwise @ over $3 million dollars this house is going to sit for a long time!! For over $3 million dollars could move to Las Vegas with better looking homes, nicer inside design and no state income tax.
Nothing about the design, finishes, size of the land or the location scream over $3 million dollars!!! Not in Georgia!
I thought it was gonna cost more in this market…. 1.8 million sounds like a pre 2020 price. I think it’s gonna sell for at least 3 million. We shall see.

It’s a beautiful house BUT I agree. I thought it was overpriced as well. The back yard was undone with no pool. That’s more 💵 to put out from the 3 million price tag.

Very modern and nice finishes. For a generational home an elevator is a must especially at this price point also a pool should be appointed as it’s over 3 million. Most homes in this price point include a pool and spa areas. Generational homes are being utilized more and more but these amenities are not enough to engage all activities of each generation.

This home was pretty nice . The kitchen felt a little plain w/ the cabinet design just being flat panel , no character to the hood oven . Master bedroom felt a little choppy and the needed more character in the actual bedroom itself. Too many of the small square windows inside of the home as well. But overall a really nice home.❤
I agree on the windows. Why would you need windows in the closet...especially at that level? Alot of glass cleaner!
I love the multi-garages though along with the additional door to close off the guest quarters from the remainder of the house. Chef's kiss!❤

For everyone complaining about the price, you have to think about location and not to mention the style of house. All modern/contemporary style homes are way expensive. Imagine what this house would cost in california.

Very unique layout! Closets are designed perfectly. The main laundry room is the best use of space that I have seen in a while. Main kitchen needs more counter space. Master suite being on it's own floor and what appears to be it's own side of the house is genius. The only thing that I would have hoped to see in the master suite would be a sitting area and a mini wet bar. Thanks for sharing.

It is very beautiful i give you that. We purchased an ocean front lot to build our DREAM retirement home out of the country, all for way less than this price tag. The yard in this video was a deal breaker for me, i am done with the city life , over 2mil to have nosy neighbors?..
We own on more than an acre lot and we can add another 3 bedroom suite or guest house to the land for 1/2 of this price tag. Sometimes we must think outside the united states conventional box, just my humble opinion. I am happy we invested when we did.

Nice but doesn’t seem like it worth 3M. Master suite and backyard are underwhelming and the fixtures are basic. I’ve seen the same fixtures, cabinets and appliances etc in homes 1/3rd the price that have amazing backyards. Now the size of the lot may be playing into the cost, but an extra 2M? Also the backyard

No open floor plan. Windows are standard height. Don’t make functional sense why would I have two sinks 5 feet apart from each other I would have put it near the wet bar area in the other room. It’s very boxy. Love the totally separate garage and guest suite but you get that in the 500000-800000 maybe less in some parts of ga. Aesthetic wise nice you can fool some people. Price wise especially in Marietta I will do 800000-900000 because of the square footage and some hardware

The best thing about this house is its size. The color and box-style structure are unattractive at best. No amount of money could make me move here. The only rational motivation for buying this house is to return it to the market as soon as possible at a higher price.
