WTF are people not installing tubs anymore?

Big beautiful home, but at that price point the neighbors are close, no pot filler at the stove, no sink or refrigeration at the grill. A basement bedroom is lacking. If there is a designated space for an elevator, it should have been put in. The "guest house" is a stretch. 1 closet under the stairs and 2 open spaces with no defined separate bedroom and no kitchen? The primary suite was over the top and surprised me.

Nice Home but the road in the front is super busy and looks like a main road.

I love this home! I definitely love traditional vibes and this home is spacious. I must say, that movie theater was definitely a show stopper 😍

Beautiful! I love the ambient lighting throughout the home and the backyard is perfect for a pool. I wish the bedrooms were a little bigger but overall the home is amazing.

Too big and cold looking. No one needs such a big house.

Very beautiful home, but not worth nowhere near $5M. With all the unfinished work I’d put it at $1-1.5M. $5M is laughable!!!!

I agree the house is definitely overpriced and there are a lot of house out there with similar build. But overall a nice house…

For that price need outdoor pool, pool house, garden area. To close neighbors the bedrooms to small each room need it own bathroom.

I feel like this home is was to fussy on the inside.

There was one walkthrough of a house that you did that was around the same price as this but smaller. I was not impressed at all, especially because it lacked basic features and functionality that should have been built in. It also had small inadequate and unfinished closets. But this house, this house is different. I really like how the door that opened into the master bedroom was flush with the walls. I like how the closets are big and well laid out. I was impressed with the fact that the basement was finished. I also love the front and back yard as well. There are very few things that are a little questionable, but other than that, this was a great tour.

I LOVE all the properties you feature! Always a Great Show! This one, in my opinion, with ALL DUE RESPECT, is just a bit LACK LUSTER, for 5 million. Especially, compared to some of the others shown that were equal or below that price. Even by half as much or less. Much Peace & love!

I have to be honest, I hardly ever comment on these videos. Because the majority of the houses are just copies of each other and not appealing. This house is the exception, that keeping room makes all the difference in the world in this house. Both practicality, useful living spaces and the appealing use of space in this design. What drives the design in this house is what I want in my next home. Well done, well done indeed.
