Do you charge the client for the trash cans? If so you put that in the contract as well? Also do you get any money up fromt from to help with p u rchaseing the trash cans? Also what do you recommend as far as wen a contract ends do u charge a fee for the cans for canceling the contract? If so wat do you recommend charging fod that?
Trash cans are part of your expenses. You can charge the property for anything outside of the original amount distributed. That wording about repayment for excess or broken trash cans is in the contract. You would double the wholesale cost of the can.

This all depends on where you are in your journey. If you are just starting off questions are geared more towards the startup, marketing, and selling phase. If you are a little further in your business and are already past startup, then questions start to go more into servicing apartment complexes. We also want to support you while starting your valet trash business, so if after the call you have any additional questions it's ok to reach out.
To answer the other part of your question, yes you will have access to the Master Training updates when they are released. Anyone who had purchased before the updates are grandfathered in for that training program.

I have formed my LLC, received my EIN, completed my articles of organization, operation agreement and opened a business account. I also made my website via squarespace (trashtaxivalet.com). I have a meeting in a couple weeks and I'm not ready. Understanding integration, invoicing, and how to do a presentation is what I don't fully have a grasp on.

This contract is between your valet trash business and the management company. Like any contract it's best to have your terms sorted out so that you know exactly what work will be done at the property. Then outside of your contract sometimes the apartment complexes include the trash service in their leases. As far as other companies go, I can't speak to how some of them operate internally as everyone does things their own way.

It's not for everyone, but some people do like the service. Plenty of people would rather have this than carry a trash bag to the dumpster themselves. Especially in the cold or very hot days. It's also more beneficial for elderly, weaker people, and lazy people like it.
It helps people who are elderly, have just had medical treatments, and so many more that have mobility problems. It can be a great service if it is embraced for what it is.
