I have used this knuckle guard in my classic 350... This is a gun product. And don't worry in my case it never got loose even after I dropped the bike multiple times during my last ladhak trip. You can probably get the bolt torqued by the pneumatic wrenches that are used in the service center during the next visit to ensure complete tightness.

I sourced it from the local taping shop. I would not know the details of the tape used.

Hi, thanks for sharing. A question - are you sating that the bolt size (diameter) is same between both H411 & H450 is same? I had an impression that bolt in H450 is smaller, probably M5 compared to H411 which is most likely a M6.

Why install the “spacer” and then require a longer “nut” (bolt) ?
If one doesn’t use the spacer , can the available smaller length bolt be used ?

Without spacer the hand guard touches the brake and clutch lever.
