Every time I look at the Himalayan 450 and compare it to the CFMOTO MT450 I can just SEE myself touring the world on this bike, I can feel the emotions it evokes - as much as the MT450 might be the unicorn adventure bike at the moment, Royal Enfield have a way of getting into your heart and soul that the competitors don't.
Absolutely awesome gear! The Himalayan 450 just keeps getting better with all the new range of items and is turning this amazing bike into something very special. Thankyou for sharing.
These are crazy additions, tempted to buy one adding to my Tiger in the garage. However, same genre discourages me. Surely very tempting. Liking this series from you Abhinav. Easy to recommend Himalayan to some friends
Personally im not a fan of the 3 piece rackless systems. 3 bags to carry plus helmet plus a tank bag in my case. I prefer 1 tail bag, 1 tank bag, lesser luggage to mount/unmount everydqy of a trip. More than enough. Hoping RE releases the tubeless rims soon, so i can purchase a Giant Loop Coyote or 21 Brothers Rogal horseshoe type bags. 1 bag, sits exactly like these rackless systems (down and forward).
Went straight to the Royal Enfield website to look up the Rally, and accessories, and there's no 'build your 450' option on the site, which is a shame!
Never seen the bike with the 805 seat fitted ,and what size leg wise dose that fit the bike is quite tall a lot of people are missing out especially. In Asia
Don't know about the timeline but they are robust. I crashed twice in UK with them and slammed hard into a car in India back in February with them. No damage at all.
I have the Himalayan 450, but I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable. It’s a bit of a ball crushing experience, if you know what I mean. Which seat should I get to fix this problem. The rally seat, the adventure seat, the low seat, or none of these (can’t be fixed).
Abhinav, I am facing too much wind noise on the Himalayan 450 in spite of the touring windshield. It's so much that I cannot ride faster than 90 kmph without 3M earplugs. How do you manage to tour ?
Ok. Since you also use an intercom, don't the other riders face any issues due to your mic picking up the noise. Our group uses BluArmor and we are really struggling. Do you have any tips on how to overcome this ?
Can’t you make the bike a little lower for us shorter riders especially in Asia we have to buy other brands because we can’t reach the ground ,Honda made a lower version of the 300 its the LS model why can’t R E do this food for thought
some great design choices but the slits in the handguards are dumb as F - straight away they open you up to the elements and are also a weak point which could allow sharp material through and into your knuckles/fingers... weird choice and experienced people will choose aftermarket

agreed
I believe he's the lead designer at the brand, not just a concept designer for Himalayan, as the Big Bear Customs introduced.
A full rally raid bike with bespoke graphics and loud colours and that Arrow brap 🎉
Endless potential ✨

Damn the Arrow exhaust was really a thing of beauty. Sad it perhaps wouldn't make it to the Indian shores.
It might, but won't be cheap for sure
@@abhinavbhattif it does make it, will it be street legal?
Yes, absolutely.
@@abhinavbhatt hehe yeee boi!!!
Picked up my Himalayan 450 last evening ❤
One month later - how are you enjoying it?

Good video, very informative.
I definitely want to buy the Rally conversion kit for mine soon.
Thank you 🙏 abhinav Bhai
I am going for rally version.
With arrow , Front bags..
Thank you again
When will the handguards be available?
Will Tubeless spoke wheels come as an accessory or will it come to a particular variant as standard?
I think eventually both.
Hi Abhinav, Great video👍. Any update on tubeless spoke-wheels coming to Indian spec of Himalayan 450?
No update.
Tired waiting 😩
@@deepaklaishramte7931 very much brother. They will not get it.
Can you have that rally cowl/fairing and the OEM pannier racks at the same time?
@10:07 these semi-rigid panniers are nowhere to be found! Any leads on this?
Still can’t find them
@@workplease123same, would love to get them
waiting for the glimps your himalyan 450 fitted with rally parts that you bought from U K.
I put up a photo on Instagram.
very informative video regarding the variants and such, thank you
Most welcome.

Damn all I can could see was that GORGEOUS GORGEOUS Africa Twin Adventure Sports in the background. Quite the beauty that.❤
Quite the more expensive 😂

Kindly review the vitarra soft bags that’s you must have seen on the rally ones which fit directly like panniers
Hi abhinav, any update on the cross spoke tubeless wheels..
Is there any link for these products? Still not showing on your website.
Wonderful video. Will the high windshield be available soon? My dealer innFrance says it's not available
Don't know about France but here in India it is readily available.
What includes in the rally kit?
What about tubeless spokes?
No update on that
From where I can get the rally handle bar...
Hi Abhinav. Any idea when can we expect the tubeless rims in india?
Never seen the bike with the 805 seat fitted ,and what size leg wise dose that fit the bike is quite tall a lot of people are missing out especially. In Asia
I have my eyes on those hand guards. Just like the bags will they also be available from September in India?
Any timeline for them hand guards?

@@abhinavbhatt Dayum D:
Now only if they are priced less than Barkbusters, that would be a steal!
@DerperDoing expect very decent pricing. Probably less than half of Barkbusters.
When well rally version well launch in india
Sir, Tubeless spoke wheels model. When is that expected to be launched in India?
L'échappement Arrow n'est pas compatible avec les valises ? C'est ce qui est dit à la fin de la vidéo ?
Yes.
@@abhinavbhatt ah dommage...
So many people on YT that say they struggle to put a bike on a centre stand, you ALWAYS see them try and use the rear rack.
Was it mentioned when the Arrow exhaust will be released? I did not hear that in the video. Thank you
Steve said it will make its way to India.
Will this rally version be a good choice for long tours with pillion?
*70%solo and
*30%with pillion
No. It is best for solo rides. And I don't think it is a good seat for long tours. It will test your patience after 5-6 hours for sure.
@@abhinavbhatt thanks for responding 😊 always glad to have an expert advice. Will go with the touring version.
@@deepaklaishramte7931Get both seats!
Abhinav what about the lights which was shown at launch
No update on that.
👍 nice

It doesn't bother me and I don't even wear earplugs. I do listen to music on the go though.

@@anurag344 I use a Sena 50S. There's no noise.
Sir, when the rally kit may launch in India?
I do not know, sir.
Are the soft bags compatible with the normal tail?
No. The mounting needs the bobbin that's only on the rally mudguard.
I don't see handlebar raisers?
Weren't there.
Still can’t find these
Tubeless ???
“I think it’s going to cost more than the Indian market like to pay”… That ain’t saying much. 😂
