    Very good review, thank you.
    Now, since you have reviewed some different TA models, which model would you recomend?
    Either generally, or maybe as "if you like strumming, take xxx, for finger picking, take yyy".
    Thank you and greetings from Germany
    Mattias

    I tried one. I liked it but it wasn't always clear if effects were on/off. Apparently, you have to hold button for a few seconds?

    This is brilliant. Now if Yamaha were to make a full size non cutaway acoustic with the TransAcoustic technology made in their custom shop in Hamamatsu, I would buy it immediately.

    I play fingerstyle, I'm planning to buy the FSC-TA, would you recommend it? Please let me know

    Hi! You have developed your skills very relevant during the last couple of months. Concratulations! I suggest you try the LAG HighVibe 30. I’ve got the Auditorium Version. Best regards to Singapore! The city of dreams.

    just did a lot of shopping for a new axe, I tried the TA and loved everything except the nut is to narrow for me. Big hams for hands with fat fingers. That is the only thing that prevented me from buying.

    Great review as always! Is this new fsc-ta having the same narrow string spacing (10mm) at bridge just like the fs-ta and fs**0? I was hoping Yamaha will make the spacing more normal at 11mm.

    • @TheGuitarSpaSingapore
      @TheGuitarSpaSingapore  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it’s the same spacing

      A pity nut is only 43mm I would buy one were it 44.5 or 45, but not at 43mm

    • @toddwilliamson8557

      @@richardturbine1769 A new nut is like 12 dollars, you can put that on yourself and update it to bone

    • @richardturbine1769
      @richardturbine1769 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@toddwilliamson8557 Er, no, sorry, it is not that simple. The nut is 42.5/43 mm because that is the width of the fingerboard at the nut. Nobody would fit a nut wider than the fingerboard, or, at least I have never seen it done. One could, but it would make the outer strings very close to the fingerboard edge.

    Is there any hint about possible LS’C’-TA in near future? I will be up for FSC-TA when it hits my region. Just I wish to finally have a guitar with beautiful abalone. Hence this thought of what lies behind the corner.

    Great video bro! Is there a significant difference in sound between the cutaway and non-cutaway one?

    For anyone interested in this guitar I can shed some light. I spent 20-25 minutes playing 3 models in a Sam Ash today and all 3 were completely different animals and not in a good way. I played this cutaway version and WOW it really popped on the high end but still had a nice warm tone. Amplified it was amazing. The reverb was like you were playing in a dance hall. Unbelievable. Then I picked up the sunburst cutaway version and....dull. Couldn't believe I was playing the same guitar. It had none of the same qualities and the onboard amp added nothing. I then played an older version I believe noncutaway version with the TA on it and the same thing. It was very balanced and the amplifier was just so so. Me and the employee I was dealing with were amazed with the difference between all 3. We went back to the first one the one reviewed in this video and again it was perfect. Balanced warm and it amplified beautifully. I'm sleeping it and if I still feel good I'm going back tomorrow and buying the store model as I know what it sounds like and love it. SAnis offering 36 months no interest and also giving an automatic $75 statement credit for purchases over $299 so I like the deal. Basically getting 10% off $704 and the payment will only be $20 a month give or take with no interest.

      I was just at a Sam Ash and they said it's layered laminate back and sides but it looks amazing like real wood. Beautiful craftsmanship.
