The only thing that stood out with me was the toughness of the leather. Has anyone had any long-term, break in experience with this wallet who can share how it feels after some time?
walletopia I've had this exact wallet for about a year and a half and the patina is absolutely gorgeous! It's not as slim as I'd like it to be carrying 4 cards, my ID and 2 medical cards plus a Tile Slim but I still love it. Like the motto says, they'll fight over it when I'm dead.

I’ve had one for about 5 years now, and absolutely love it. Broken in a bit and holding up great, you might say it is a little bulky as the leather is pretty thick but I like that because I want to keep this wallet forever. A really high quality product, I’m wondering where it fell short in the review to get a 4 star quality rating?

Personally this wallet is still too bulky for me, but it looks really tough and probably something I would get as a secondary wallet to put in my backpack or a nice gift. Thanks for the review

Got mine today but mine was a bit larger on the wide side 3"1/2 to be exact put 5 cards and 5 bill$ and the wallet is just to bulky. Wish saddleback made the horizontal side vertical like on the other side less leather=less bulk

Slim?? Yeah.... When it's completely empty. When filled, it looked like a Costanza Bi-fold version of his Tri-fold wallet from the show.
ur not really supposed to put 10 cards and 5 bills in it, also its brand new leather...
Does it handle international currencies?
Hi Byron, Canadian and Australian, yes, (just like US dollar) work fine. Euro, Yen, Sterling and HK dollars, no. It pinches the cash (just barely, but noticeable) when closing the wallet. This is all when folding cash only once. If you do it twice it will fit fine, but would be more bulky.

Really? Quality a ‘4’? More like 5. The same would go for the SB front-pocket ID wallet. What metric are you using to judge quality? You have interesting reviews but the ‘rating’ segment deserves a rating of 2
Hi Ryan, in this case the leather's not very refined. Compared to a Horween or Wickett and Craig, it's inferior.
