It's crazy these shows are addicting I shouldn't be alive and Lost Paradise really open your eyes to how good we have it and what perils you could wind up in just going out on a trip and making a couple wrong decisions hunting, camping, hiking, boating, etc.
Ok, but anything can happen anywhere, at anytime. Yes, we have the benefits of legal representation, some sense of security, etc., but bad things can happen anywhere. The repercussions of thoughtless or incorrect decisions can happen to anyone, and plenty of people in this “modern” world we live in are “book-smart”, well-studied, but they aren’t “street-smart” or streetwise, let alone quick on their feet. They wouldn’t know what to do in a situation like this, let alone knowing how to order a damn Green Tea Latte at Starbucks. And yes, I’ve seen it. I worked there for 12 years, in SoCal, and these intelligent college students would come-in to work on assignments, not paying any attention to anything around them, including while standing in-line… and when I asked them, “what size” (for their drink), they looked at me and asked, “does that matter?” 😶 😐 Ummm… no, I’ll make you a venti, how about that? 🧐
Honestly, while the 'captured by rebels in the jungle' is a terrible situation to be in... I still find it somewhat surprising of how he was treated. The rebels didnt have to give him his boots, glasses, and especially the peanut butter and letters.
I feel Gideon had a part to play because he said go right when you wanted to go left and he talked his way out of going with the gang like what gang would just let a man that they kidnapped run free and he has saw their faces an all
He absolutely set it up. He's jewish. Look at his surname. They created communism as a political extension of their peoples legal system under the talmud. It's not paradise, it's just the least crappy place to live in central and south America. As for Nicaragua, unless you know people that live there or stay in highly touristy areas don't go and I'm saying when Nicaragua was moderately stable if you go now good luck.

Hell no he didn't. He scarfed it down like an animal feeding on a carcass; constantly looking up to make sure no other animal could come to steal his claim guarding that sweet peanut butter goodness. I feel bad for him though after he ate all that peanut butter. Do you know what happens to your bowel movements if you try to eat a full tub of peanut butter? Peanut butter backs you up and makes you constipated something fierce if you eat too much of it.
