Another good source of Sightless Eyes is when the Test Subjects Needed turns you into a Kalu'ak (Walrus). This grants them for any fishing in the Underbelly, not just in chum pools. I was getting 5-20 per cast, for around 600 over the full 20min. The trick being you have to have a kindly server where people avoid fighting in the fishing room.

But in all seriousness, a pretty informative guide that helped me to realise that I'll only be getting two or three of these before the next expansion. I just hope they introduce more mounts post 7.1 that are more in line with how mounts typically were obtained pre-Legion, such as rep rewards, rather than exclusively top-tier group content, or just insane prerequisites, such as the Fathom Dweller and the Long Forgotten Hippogryph.
There is actually a pretty good looking mount coming in 7.1 which require to be exalted with the Suramar reputation ( forgot the name sorry, but I'm sure you could figure it out ) they'll also release 2 other mount connectee with a new faction in 7.1
The Llothien Prowler is by far my favorite mount out of this entire video. As a hunter, I need this to match my Fox pet! I'm heavily considering buying the expansion and resubscribing for this mount alone. -Tajmeow
I know this is a old guide, but for the Llothien Prowler you can get it from the Nightborne Caches from the word daily quests for that faction. Make sure to have high lvl followers for the class hall quests.
it's the glad mount, but that's obviously pretty exclusive. i'm sure they'll be added in later patches edit: might come alongside legion flying or even come as a reward like the skyterror.
Hi Bellular! Love your videos and keep up the great,work! Just wanted to mention that I got the quest for the Llothien Prowler from one of the regular Nightfallen story quests. I think it drops in numerous ways but just have to do things in Suramar.
A LOT of ppl do it that way. Most say they still get the torn invitation. Some say they get it from getting score of 400 then ending the scenario. So I think it will drop from a zero score too.
I believe the Spirit of Eche'ro won't be the Highmountain quest for some time as on Launch (EU anyway), Spirit of Eche'ro was the Weekly (or bi-weekly as the case may be) and because EU reset is a Wednesday, most people didn't get to 110 and then manage to get the mount before the timer for the weekly ended and the next resets quest moved to Azshara (I believe) - Since launch was pretty much "flick of a switch", the quests had been on a cycle since the pre patch and due to the way the days fell, the Spirit of Eche'ro quest expired pretty much 30hours after EU launch. The point i am trying to make is, I am lead to believe all these quests are in order - You'll cycle through them all once before seeing one twice so on EU at least, we won't see the Spirit of Eche'ro quest for many weeks. From what I understand, every two weeks it moves to another zone and provides another quest and like I said, it shouldn't give you 2x one quest before you have had a complete cycle of all quests for that zone. I might be wrong but from what I have read and come to understand, I believe I am correct. Hope that helps! (It makes sense really - remove the RNG from random solves/digsites and ensure you get to see/collect everything over many weeks instead of farming like you're Chinese for an item).
The bottom feeder isn't from the fountain, you need to get drowned mana and trade them until you become best friends with the guy on the floating island next to Dalaran Join a group to make it faster as you need to fish a trinket, throw it back into the pond on the island, kill the elemental, THEN collect drowned mana from the mana endured pond And repeat Takes around 6hrs
The leather working mount is pretty early on as in the very last quest in the line and the quest itself is somewhat of a headache :) You also need to craft it afterwards (mats) and you need skill 800 for it.
Fun fact - I got my quest for the Llothien prowler from my daily world quest chest (forgot the actual name of it xD) I don't know if the drop rate is much lower through that route compared to the withered army training, but its another way to get it.

Want the fish mount? Go to group finder, get in a fishing raid, get 100 mana, turn it in, repeat the process until you are best buds with the guy. Can take around 8 hours if you want to do it on one go.
You can *see* Kozumoth, can't kill him though, because his shadowbolt volley will kill the everloving fuck out of you w/o the buff the 'quest-line' grants you. And it's character specific.

you have a video already, but there a four more that become available if you tame and complete quest chains on the falcosaur. I tamed all 4(sharptalon,direbeak, bloodgrazer, and snowfeather I am the proud owner of the sharptalon and snowfeather mounts now, and the other two await the defeat of nighthold.
So does this mean that we will get normal storm dragon mounts? (As I know, the gladiator mounts are heavier armored recolors of mounts you can normally get in game.)

the spirit moose will be the last arch quest you get. they are in order, and will just recycle back over and over again. every quest we have gotten and its reward have been following the achievement and the moose is the last on that achievement. so everyone who has been doing arch will get the moose all at the same time.

Probably Jewelcrafting, Alchemy, Tailoring or Enchanting, they seem to be the top professions as of right now. For instance, I just earned 30k in 1 hour with Enchanting.

Well the leatherworking mount take a little bit more then that. Yes you get the quest very quick, but to make the actual recipe you must be leatherworking 800, otherwise you've done it all for nothing. That said, the quest itself is also very tricky, takes you all trough stromheim, i advice eating fighters cow and use a stonehide leather barding for your mount.
Wait a minute, I've seen Kosumoth while doing world quests on the Eye of Azshara island and I didn't do any of that prerequisite stuff. I haven't killed him yet, but I've seen him and was able to target him.
The Llothien Prowler (Torn Invitation) is a c___sucker!! I do the Withered Army Training on 4 toons each time it pops (ever 3 days). I do Nightfallen Emissary Cache (WQ's) when it pops and I get the rep caches (prestige hoards) every 10,000 rep above exalted. So that is an average of approximately 12 chances a week. Ages have passed and still no fox mount. Grrrrr!!!! Oh!! And I check my order hall too.
While this is an excellent video I think it's worth mentioning that some additional research beyond what is presented within will most likely be needed.

I don't think that's how you get The Archeology Mount quest. I just got the quest, the same quest in your video and it didn't show me the mount reward, nor did it show you in the vid @ 3:13. Can you explain to me what quest gives the mount? or were you just making content for your video?

It's not just from the fallen army training, alot of people reporting getting it from nightfallen emissary chests and that is how I got mine :)

I'll proudly say i've got the Long-Forgotten Hippogryph solo and i don't have Legion flying. Just used TomTom + Paste. Took me .. 2.5-3 hours

The prowler quest isn't just a random drop from the withered chest, i got mine from my class hall missions which started the quest.

In case anyone was wondering just how much fishing is required for the Brinedeep Bottom Feeder. I fished for 9.5 straight hours and I got him.
I got it around 4 hours. Make sure to search for a Raid Group, so the buff for the Drowned Mana will always be up

No need to roll anymore. Loot is random now and class-specific. Even less chance to get mount drops if not soloing.
the spirit moose will be the last arch quest you get. they are in order, and will just recycle back over and over again. every quest we have gotten and its reward have been following the achievement and the moose is the last on that achievement. so everyone who has been doing arch will get the moose all at the same time.

You can get the coins from a vendor near the Violet Hold, you can trade class hall resources for coins if I remember correctly.
You don't remember correctly... those are the reroll tokens for boss drops... totally different thing.

You can get the coins from the Dalaran fountain via fishing. Maybe it's just low level tho but that's how I get mine.

Mounting made easy is NOT an easy quest. The great Northern Elderhorn is NOT an easy mount overall to get. It's a bitch.

you can kill him without the atunement but he won't drop the pet or mount

I was trying to do the Ley-Feather Hippogryph in a pre made group and everyone who joined was NOT trying to do the meta achivement.
I've got mine quest item for Llothien from chest for world quests in suramar, so it's not only from withered scenario.
i have clicked 4 of the 10 kosumoth orbs, do they reset after a certain amout of time or can i just go on with number 5 and on?
the prowler (fox) can drop from an emissary cache as well that's where i got mine from just fyi
You forgot 4 mounts. The 4 pets you can get that turb into mounts after completing a bunch of quest with you pet out.

The fox item can also drop from suramar emissary bag.
both times I got Llothien prowler was from the emissary cache, not the scenario, if that helps.

there's another high mountain archeology quest where you have to get 600 bone fragments, it's not the 20 survey quest that gives you the mount

The quest for Kosumoth the Hungering is 14 days on my server. It resets every other week with normal weekly reset.
