    Recipe In English:
    Kathiawari Cholay:
    Tamarind Pulp 1 ½ cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Chicken powder ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    Coriander powder ½ tbsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Chaat masala 1 tbsp
    Black salt ¼ tsp
    Red chili flakes ½ tbsp
    Garlic paste 1 tsp
    Ginger Paste 1 tsp
    Sugar ¾ cup
    Orange Food color ¼ tsp
    Corn Flour 3 tbsp
    Chickpea boiled 3 ½ cup
    Water 2 cups
    Onion 1 large
    Tomato 1 large
    Potato boiled 3 medium
    Coriander ½ bunch
    Procedure:
    - In a pan add Tamarind Pulp, Salt, Chicken Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Salt, Red Chili Flakes, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Sugar, Food Color, and cook until the sauce become thick.
    - Now add boiled chickpeas.
    - Add water to it.
    - Dissolve cornflour in water then gradually add it & mix it well.
    - Cook it for a few minutes.
    - Its consistency should be as shown in the video.
    - Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
    - Add onion, tomato, potato, and fresh coriander to the prepared chickpeas.
    - Leave some onion tomato and fresh coriander for garnishing and mix it well.
    - Katiawari Cholay is ready to serve.
    - Garnish it with tomato, onion, coriander, and Papri.
