welcome Phetchabun David (boon) noon, gun -bun, I am Thai living in USA for quite sometime, I just bought 6.5 Rai in Phetchaboon with orchride trees and herbal farmland there. the weather is perfect climate for retirement person. I love it. I am moving processing to retired at my age. I picked Phetchaboon vs Chaingmai or Nan. there are severals hospitals there yet has small airport. I am not so sure is operatinng one. the best if one wanted to visit either fly to Pissanuloke or Khon Kean. It took me from Khon Kaen about three hours easy drive.

phechaboon high up there the best climate! No smog, no Toxic air, no traffic, few crimes, yet it is very close to Phu tab burg.

The yearly rent you are paying is about 1/6th of the cost of building your own. I would suggest visiting the banks and the Phetchabun auction department, they have lists of land and property defaults, you could find some land at good prices. Make sure if your new home is to be an investment, try to make it on decent housing estates, and not in a village or the middle of nowhere.

Ture..... our land search has been ongoing all year... we're actually looking for the middle of nowhere tho! want plenty of land with the scope to buy up more around us as the years pass...

We couldn't find anything to rent in Phetchabun whilst we built our property so we had no option but to live in a resort.

Hi I have been watching your Chanel since last year , your Chanel was the reason I choose elite visa, thank you for the quality information you provided, I arrived here on the elite visa, I moved here end of March this year , did my quarantine in Pattaya, I’m from the UK, I paid 500k for the 5 year easy access, i would like to meet you one day and buy you a beer.

Cheers Craig... glad you made it here, plus getting that 5 years before the price hike! Yes mate! A beer sound a plan... I don't visit many bars up here in Phetchabun, but I'm missing travelling down your way and enjoying a few cold ones... hopefully soon!
