great review and well presented, i can listen to you talk all day about these bikes, you dont talk too fast or too slow which is great. I love the RE Classics though i must say i prefer your 350 in chestnut colour as it looks nicer though over here in the UK id definately need a 500 if i was to get one of my own.
I was looking at the review of the classic 500 Royal Enfield ABS bike and the gentleman who was talkin kept saying like the Japanese bikes, this is not a Japanese bike It's Made in India, it is different place, why would you compare it to a Japanese bike, she let the bike stand on its own for its own merits as an individual company from a total different part of the world, the original roots is from Britain yes it was really an English made bike royalties was sold to a company in India and they've been making them ever since
@@clanmac66 No, the models that i mentioned are all build in Thailand, brazil for example have there own Honda models, india could have too. doesn't mean that now are switch to india for there motorcycle manufacturing.
I recently bought a low mileage Euro 3 rather than a new Euro 4. The rear drum brake is more than adequate for the performance of the bike and looks much nicer, and as for ABS - in my opinion this is only needed on a bike when brakes are too powerful or rider skill is limited. The Classic/Bullet 500 is a great bike, simple and satisfying to ride, and sadly now out of production
Being an Indian bike RE should have launched it in India first.. This shows how RE owners are more concerned about increasing their profits in foreign market rather than caring about Indian feeling who are attached crazily to this motorcycle.
My Harley-Davidson XL883N "Iron" doesn't have a locking fuel cap either, a lockable fuel cap is available for around £50.00. The RE caps thread looks the same as the H-D one, they might be interchangeable with each other.
H sam sir that is not ABS module, that is charcol canister which is mandatory in all BS4 / EURO 4 bikes and cars. This canister absorbs all the petrol which is converted into vapour due to heat and other reason.
If Royal Enfield made a bullet which looked and sounded like a bullet but performed and had modern bike build quality and reliability, they would sell a shit ton.
Sorry, Just very recently we have purchased second hand TVS 50 for our farming task. However we trust our dream bike RE C500 will chance to buy ASAP ( on or before 2022 🥰 ).
Hi brother thanks for giving us this awesome video about one of my beloved new classic stealth black. Yours is the most sincere review about the new classic bike and I really appreciate your feedback. I am a diehard fan of classic bike and wanted to buy it as soon as possible but I am eagerly awaiting for the updated version with abs as I am from India here they haven’t introduced the new classic stealth black with abs as you have shown in your video. Can you tell us brother when this classic bike with abs will be available in our country. I am really missing my beloved new classic stealth black with abs version. Thanks a lot once again brother for your awesome video and precious feedback.
That is a very good and useful review on the euro 4 model, thanks very much indeed for this. One question though, I’ve never really understood how the bullet is different from the chrome and the efis and the other similar looking models. Is there a simple explanation?
“Character at an affordable price” - is the simplest answer to your question. Now you can argue that there are many other bikes with ‘character’ and you would be right - yes, lots of other bikes like Harley/Triumph/Ducati or even a high raving Honda Superbike has character. But the deal with Royal Enfield is - they are cheap and offers easy access to the masses. I rode a 1868 cc (114 engine) Harley soon after I rode this RE and the Harley was full of character but at the same time, nearly 3 times more expensive. RE has push-rod engine which gives it a classic ride feel and sound makes it unique among lower end bikes.
H Sam hey bro it's actually unfair on the part of the manufacturer coz we Indians overhere are neither getting good product quality nor the features such as ABS. Wonder what is stopping them from this. What is the ON road price of the bike in Ur area??
hEY sAM THANKS FOR THE INFO!!! So the On road price if we cal into INR it comes to Approx 4.59 lakhs with ABS and here in India without ABS comes to around 2.17 lakh INR so basically double the price with ABS. Maybe to keep the price a bit more competitive they have kept the bike without ABS here in India. Put in 1 or 2 lakh more u get a Harley. Enjoy ur ride though Thanks.
@@jerryjacob10 you pay peanuts for a Bullet, that's why you don't get features. India will probably be paying less for the Interceptor 650 than Europe pays for a Bullet 350! We would pay, I think about 30-40% taxes in total from import tax, sales, registration etc... even add that to the India price doesn't get you anywhere close to what they get for them!
Thats because RE has to pass basic features according to europe standard..such as ABS etc...india sucks therefore no such features but they are priced high compared to india..although this age old bike with its outdated tech still priced high in india
gaurav sharma now royal enfield is indian and has been for a long time yes it does have british heritage but now it is indian bike fyi: first ever 4 wheel vehicle was from royal enfield it was short of quad bike before than all was 3 wheel vehicles, so royal enfield is a really old company so big heritage.

EURO4 bikes do not have fuel cap key and also the gear shifter is 'Toe' only, not 'hill and toe'. Also no Sharee Guard. I think the reason is - the chance of stealing fuel in these countries is minimal compared to South Asia.
The Royal Enfields sold here in Brazil also don't have the lock on the fuel cap. I guess it's the standard for RE to sell them internationally without the lock.
Nice wee bike, good review and GREAT SCOT! NO LOCK on the petrol tank? Yikes, that’s horrible for a NEW vehicle...& would be the first ‘accessory’ I’d buy!

just got one two weeks ago havn't road it yet no keys ! 2012

they should have made a 350 model like that. Disc Brake should be the norm nowadays along with ABS.

Such a nice simple motorcycle, you gotta love that about it
I'm not really in the market for a single, but I have to admit that thing looks sick.
Good thing they made the 650. Those singles were pretty wimpy.
Great job done on the vocals buddy !

Does it have the evap system which use the evaporated fuel from d tank? It sucks because we can't fill d tank to d neck.
Why would I need an ABS for this bike? It barely accelerates. I like the styling though.
