Dude, make a tutorial video about overall strength building strategy. Like, what is the strategy to increase reps and strength. For every part of body like biceps, triceps, shoulder, legs, core etc.
if its tendonitis try b6.. sign language interpreters take it for carpal tunnel syndrome which is similar and so do many marathoners for tendonitis in their calves. just might have to eat more protein because it also helps digest protein and build muscle. look it up, i'm not lying and it works insanely well. I've tried it lol good luck man, wish i could do planches but will live vicariously through you in the meantime... :)
