Since the ancient time we Thai have a lovely king that really crazy love the food culture and love to eat delicious foods and that's why we Thai have tons of crazy but delicious dishes and most of the dishes we fusion the foods with the fruits and those hard to prepare dishes like this most of them are the Royal dishes for the king at the ancient time my friend. And this dish have to throw those good sweet part of the fruit away because those fruits would ruin the taste of this delicious dish. Actually the first fruit we have to eat those sweet seeds part and the water melon we eat the red part.

那是中國的方法，不是泰國的，所以沒必要照著做。
