- Rose Hip jam is a delicious spread on toast, in yoghurt, on ice cream, with oatmeal, in pancakes, in cakes and other delicious desserts! Rosehips are the fruits of the wild rose. They are an excellent source of vitamins C, B, and K and antioxidants. This jam is delicious and perfect for the cold season.
Use gloves when harvesting Rose Hips!
Wait until the first light frost has nipped the leaves but before you experience a hard frost that freezes the hips solidly. Light frost helps sweeten the flavour and is also good for the plant.

You should definitely try this one. Is the best one. My favorite! You can find rosehip almost everywhere. After wild rose, it forms this red fruit. You can read about it, it's very healthy! ❤️

I've seen this here in the Netherlands but I didn't know it's called rose and it's edible! Interesting! Anyway, it turned out amazing! Looks delicious! First like 👍
Thank you 🌹 It's edible, but you need to be careful to remove small hair inside of it. It can irritate! That's what I did in this process. It's time taking, but worth, because of it's taste and nutrition.
