@@FrostshapeOG it's less that he could, and it's more that screaming 17 seconds is extremely hard to do no matter what consistently, it was born from a day when he was at the top of his vocal health in the studio and it's simply not a feasible task to do night after night. look at the Linkinpedia article for this song and you will see all the times he sang it all live.
it's about being in good shape as a vocalist, and no matter what you do, you might just wake up with a froggy throat and there isn't anything you can do about it.
