Sufficient Strength is a term I've heard. At some point, you have to realize that squatting 300+ is very sufficient. Do I really need to be stronger or just perfect squatting with 300+ and if my strength goes up, then that is great.
My journey is back pain got worse THEN went away entirely. Effect carries over to life. I put on muscle with 5X training with hypertrophy training. Way people treat you differs yet changes slowly. Hard to describe in simple comment terms. Process took 4+ years.

Find a PDF online or read the free website... then find a way to get a barbell. Mostly free.
