Really have appreciated all your Forza vids. I have played the series since the beginning, and for the first time I actually have started tuning my cars myself. You have done a great job explaining everything

I would disagree with the performance level on builder cup. The higher the better only applies basically for the first race. The lower performance rating cars have a higher tuning potential and could easily outperform the others at Race #2 or #3 🙂 - Also one addition on tuning and quick upgrade. Don't just only look on tire compound but also on transmission. Race transmission makes almost every car significantly faster and you can tune gears to use basically all of them, especially on street cars 😉
This has been my experience as well. In the spec series, like Touring Cars or GT cars, the car is always reset to the equipment rules which remain the same through the series. So in those, it make sense to choose the car that starts with an advantage. However, in many of the series, like Builders Cup and the Open class races, starting with a car that's near the top limit of the class can be a disadvantage, because you don't have enough headroom in developing the car to maximize its performance.
Yeah. Usually from stock the car will have a top speed of like 160 and the trans top speed is 250mph. Also I've noticed down force gives you more grip than the tire compound.
Thanks for sharing this! There are some great tips in here even tho the last guy that commented on my vid called me a noob lmao.. I think it still applies. Also ppl called me noob for having track limits but it's genuinely incredible for learning track limits and MAXIMIZING time

I would prefer they switch test laps to qualifying. With how violently aggressive the ai is it would make doing those pre laps worth it if you got to start at the front of the field. Right now due to the amount of time you are in a race i end up always skipping the test laps. The credits aren't worth time expenditure. This game is so close to being really good but it's not there yet.
ive been maintaining throttle at 80% on starts in multiplayer and seem to get a better launch than most
You can complete a Builder´s cup championship without any upgrades, the AI adapts to your PI, making the system even more absurd.
But It´s great, I enjoy driving Stock cars.
I bought a headset and tried forza, its the only way, the game sounds incredible
For strategy think if your tire choice can save you between 20-30sec because pitstop adds that to your total race time. Ft races 1 stop is key. 2 stops and u will drop from podium 100%.
Totally different strategy is for lemans track. As 1 lap burns out softs, mediums fall off at mid of lap 2 and hards dies at mid lap 3. So think about your choices lemans might be mediums to softs, some just runs hards
I would so for the upgrades I’d look for tires and suspension as well along with some certain engine upgrades depending on the type of vehicle like restrictor plates etc.

If you choose the lines as track limits the game has a Cyberpunk look at rainy night races since the lines reflect on the wet road surface. 😀
I don’t use driving lines or assist but I turned this on by accident the other day and it looked dope as hell lol especially at night

I've got the 2016 Porsche 911 GT3 RS .I'm struggling with a Competitive or even stable set up. ANY TIPS? No Abs sport TC . That's it as far as Assists. 👋
i got one shared search for AndreCBBC but the thing is the porsche cup is finished
Turn abs on, i increased tire pressure for both to 34psi and i softened the rear springs. I find the stock gt3 rear end is squirrley.
Best bet is to download a tune.
I am by now means a tuner but i did get it to stabilize in the corners

I’m unsure how to use the setups from rivals leaderboards so you can download the setups from here but then to apply them is what I struggle to understand you can goto to setups and setup management but from here how do you know what setup you’ve downloaded as it gives the option to see your setups but has nothing in the list to select
yeah t10 f that up.. When i download a setup I cant even see the spec and parts that the download setup put on. It just gives a message saying if I continue to the setup manager it will remove the downloaded setup and tune. Which is crazy why dl a tune or setup if you cant see it to learn from it\
@@junkyvision713 locked shared setups have always been a thing in Forza. It's entirely up to the original creator of the set up to either lock it or allow you to view it.
You must be new in these series... that's just how it's working since the beginning. The same goes with the downloaded liveries, sadly you can't even change the wheel colors, let alone anything else.@@junkyvision713
I hadn’t tried the 3 softs but I’ve done medium/medium and even hard-medium. Hard/soft has been my most successful it depends on the race
Medium/soft works for me. But you have to drive conservative on the mediums to get an extra lap out of them.
You like it compared to ACc?not a sim but i think its like gt7
lol the dash is not included in the notification, I also thought it was FM7
With patch 1.1 lobbies show loading screen for me now instead of option to load fuel and tires so be sure before practice ends, set your car fuel and tires before 1min of practice session otherwise you will start your race with qualifying tires and fuel.
Yup thats the best bet cause it doesnt always go to driver lineup for some reason
Disagree with the first point about power level - you could argue the lower the PL the moree space for modifications in that class
I bear FM8 will be the legend. The quality of the graphic, sounds, ffb is phenomenon that leads to the pure race joyment. When the more tracks come such Nurburgring full circuit, FM8 will be the best.
Loving these tips, the last video helped me shave a couple seconds off every track. I have to disagree with the tyre compounds though, I often easily get 8 laps on spa with softs and by the end I've only worn them about 16% but that might come down to throttle control, apex coasting and other quirks of my particular driving style
tried to like this game but it's so unbearable on a wheel when you're used to iracing and ac, and don't find using a controller much fun
Iv stopped playing this as I’m stuck in a constant non saving spiral , so until they fix it iv gone back to grid

It sure seems like for a game that is supposed to be more pick up and play than games like Asetto Corsa or Automobolista it sure isn’t very pick up and play.
you can pick up and play, just dial down AI a little. I use auto-upgrade and never touch tuning, and find that level 6 (max is 8) AI is the sweet spot.

New wrc is a ea codemaster stutter fest. Something is not right at the moment. Doesn't even make a difference what graphic settings you use.
They acted like they built this game from the ground up, the biggest lie ever same old garbage forza, garbage physics, garbage everything. It still has the same old engine thats why multiplayer is locked to 60fps on pc and xbox, because in older forzas if u went over 60 fps it would mess up the lap timer, so instead of fixing that they locked multiplayer to 60fps 🤣🤣🤣 that alone is reason enough to not go anywhere near this game even if its free with gamepass. This barely makes the cut for simcade, whereas GT7 has entered sim territory already, why cant these guys?
Pro Tip, don't buy the game. It's a bug ridden mess that will be half price soon.
No one is testing a vehicle before they buy it lol .
