    2. Legal / Notary Fees for Conveying docs: These encompass fees for services rendered by a lawyer or notary.
    3. Tax Adjustments: These adjustments may include prorated property taxes and other related charges.
    4. Inspections: Costs associated with property inspections to ensure the condition and compliance of the property.
