Get them quick, the new GSC codex is coming out Summer 2024 and when that happens it's likely that the Combat Patrol will be replaced with a considerably worse one. That's what happened to the other factions.

The genestealer cults showing up and apparently being on many worlds including Terra just gives the Big E a massive aneurysm in the warp, causing the great rift.
