I noticed that when the Bluey part suddenly transitioned to One Piece instead of showing the clip. You might have to re-edit that part and cut the mention of a clip to avoid confusion just in case people don’t read comments.

My hero academia manga reader here, theres also a splatoon reference in my hero. in chapter 372 a character named shoji has an attack named octo spansion. theres another character in the same chapter that uses a move called hitchcock birds which is a reference to an old movie, because of that octo spansion can be infered as a reference to the octo expansion

Amongst those items is an item named "Octobrush." it doesn't look anything like the actual Octobrush but it's still cool. Also, (it's 2 am whilst typing this so I forgot if you mentioned already or not) Super Mario Maker and Super Mario Maker 2 have splatty refs.

The Splatoon amiibo also unlock patterns for Yoshi in Yoshi's Woolly World. You mentioned the fact that Inklings are playable in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but not Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? This might be a stretch, but there is a scene in the anime Owarimonogatari where there is a girl who looks like an Inkling based on her eyes and hair; but she also looks like the Powerpuff Girls from the way her arms look.
Another thing was when I was watching Netflix series House of Ninjas, when the youngest son asked his long lost brother to play switch, I was just silently triggered saying, holy sh- that's Splatoon 3 right there.
