Love the sax in this song myself as well
What I noticed, he sings with such a passion! You can see it on his face, his body language..expression of his eyes? . THIS IS EXACTLY what I am missing nowadays with newcomers. As if they were embarrassed to show what they will look like if the camera goes from the right or left..etc.Secondly the saxophone solo?A_MA_ZING!!
OMG so true
His expressions in Dirty White Boy are everything. It really feels like that is his favorite song.
@Jim G He is nt miming!!
Also the key thing most singers dont do these days is ACKNOWLEDGE THE BAND. All the great bands from the 70s and 80s the singers would give nods, applause, or otherwise acknowledge that they weren't the only people performing the song, that it was the band as a whole.
Lou is one of those people who acknowledges his fellow bandmates.
@@shirleyrouse334 He is crazy talented , and awesome song. The sax is phenomenal. This is a music video , It is not a live performance. Nothing wrong that , nobody sings live in a actual Music Video.
That opening guitar riff brings back memories of Kenny Everett Video Show,
Also
I recall the single had Jr Walker listed as the one on the Saxaphone.
Saxaphone music is still great.
Love that they have put the drum kit in front.... Foreigner was an amazing band, so many great songs!!!

1:05 Mark Dice's dad still is a terrific drummer. 😄
Lou Gramm what a fantastic voice
@@gardnerberry113 damn that looks just like mark dice
That's why I love the 80's. Ridiculous clothes, shoes, and hairstyles, but all are amazing. And the music is excellent.
Sorry, it's from 70 ....
@@eduardalbertov7640 Yes, that's correct. Thank You!
That sax is epic and insane❤
Junior Walker... words are useless, this kind of genius will not be repeatable for decades
The Best! In so many ways. Perfect Performance by Lou and Mark. I've tirelessly watched this clip over and over and over again, and will never get tired of it. This is in every aspect the best version of this Great Song! ❤
His voice and Steve perry. Nothing but perfection!!!
yes i agree.. i'm Leon parham and i approve of this group
Mickey Thomas and Brad Delph would saunter into a top ten list with both but all trailing Robert Plant
Paul Rogers?
Definitely Paul Rogers.....Free, Bad Company, The Firm, among others.
@@sweetitis Glad to see Mickey Thomas's name in that list. I would 100per cent agree, Love starship.
Foreigner tienen mucha clase, mucha marcha y una armonía fuera de lo común. Cantante espectacular, y grupo especialmente fantástico!!

Back when music excited you, without needing to be in a club, or others around you, just you and the music. This era inspired me so much that all this time later,, I still play in my studio, late at night using the best gear I could find, and letting the headphones blast out from my skull. Power, it was so kinetic and thrilling, you could feel it trembling through you.
wtf
This has to be the best explaination ever! That's exactly how it feels!
i feel ya brother..!
how ignurt
Lo de los que los fantasmas están en el armario después cuando despierten despierten hasta 8 de la tarde
What a performer it doesn't gets better than this
In this song, everything is perfect the vocalist, the guitars the drums ... everything.
True
I love this song. You will never hear such music today, still great after so many decades. Lou Gramm has an amazing voice.
They had a few hits that just will not age, mainly down to Gramm's vocals. This, 'I wanna know what love is' and 'Waiting for a girl like you' spring to mind.
Yes it is a great track performed by great musicians especially Lou Gramme excellent vocals
@@eddieingalls534 Cold as Ice, Hot blooded, Say you will were huge hits. And Lou's voice too :)
Like so much of the stuff we listened to back then.
@@eddieingalls534 EVERY SONG FOREIGNER EVER RECORDED IS PURE GOLD!!! NOT JUST A FEW!!!
His voice is so hard to imitate.. one of my favorite bands of the 80's..
De los mejores temas de los años 80S, mezcla de energía más sonido del saxo 🎷 Éxito seguro!!
Какая прекрасная память об этом, нашей юности и молодости. Спасибо 👍👍
