Good review, showing that it's a fast and comfy car but ultimately is a bit plain and uninvolving and dare I say dull. Unlike Joe Achilles reviews whereby anything with a BMW badge is immediately the best thing ever.
This review reminded me of Harry's Garage on his opinion of the M5 albeit in more detail..

Nice review man! Just bought a 2019 and gonna retrofit the LCI taillights. Best combo in my opinion… pops & bangs with updated rear lights.

Keen to hear whether you managed to swap them out and at what cost. Fully agree about those new lights but I wouldn’t trade my pre-LCI (and it’s noise) for them.

@@PrinceBarin77 it does need coding so I did it at a local BMW “specialist” however no problems with updates afterwards… works perfectly.

Baddest car going!!! Regarding the tyres, I believe 90% of dealers provide Pirelli’s with M cars. My cousin paid £800 for the dealership to fit PS4’s but I know you can get them as standard fitted by Berry BMW Heathrow

Man this looks so much better than pre facelift. They should have done this facelift with the pre opf shizzle😢
the pre lci also has opf so many people get this wrong, i have a late 19 pre lci with opf but pops and bangs still, the reason lci sounds dead is down to tweaks to fuelling on the ECU emissions etc had to be met (bhp remains the same), but both cars have identical exhausts. only the very early non comp versions dont have opf.

@@TRHamza I never had the privilege... So I just reserved one 👊🏼. Drove the M2, couldn't see the fuss. M3 felt so raw, exhaust is UNREAL.
This video definitely helped me make my decision so thank you.

I have a 2018 m5 how would you compare the two cars? Would you trade a 2018 model in for this new 2021 version?
I had the F90 M5 competition pack pre LCI version. Purchased it in early 2019. I can tell you the back is tight! The Mrs was always complaining with 2 kids & the Mrs at the back. I had the eldest child up front. I sold mine after occurring 5k plus interior damages by the kids! The F90 is a beautiful car.

Is it just the M5 then, been in the back of my dad's 68 plate 5 series and felt like there were stacks of space. Down to the xdrive maybe?
@@rossmale8715 I also owned the F10 M5 competition pack & the back felt more comfortable then the F90 M5 competition pack according to the Mrs feedback.
@@DarkHorse-ov7dr maybe they just aren't as big as they look. I've got an F30 and it's pretty much all you'd ever need in terms of space. 35d lump in it so plenty of power and economy.

@@rossmale8715 I wouldn't know. Glad I'm in the driving seat. As Hamza set his driving seat then looked at the back seats, I did the same and wondered how the passengers at the back felt whilst on journeys. It didn't look pleasant.
I also owned the F80 M3 competition pack, that car looked the part but it was so uncomfortable.
I now own a X3M competition pack. The Mrs & the kids love it.
Have you brought two bm’s I mean what happened to the rs3 and the two mk5’s😂 btw that m5 and 3 series are a beast to have a experience for driving and really speaking m5 do have that boost 🤣🔥
Backseat space of the f90 is about the same as the E class, not bad at all. Should of at least sat there as it may have been better than it looked
Actually come to think of it I'm sure I seen you and him cruising down Coventry road few weeks ago. You were just ahead and didn't have a private plate at the time

i have pre LCI 19 model. shame the LCI has zero decent sounds, BOTH have opf, so many get that fact wrong, the lack of sound nothing to do with that... but bmw tweaked ecu fuelling to meet emissions and laws hence it now sounds dead. shame. Still awesome cars. I have no issues getting 6ft plus mates in back?
I want to purchase model 2023/2024 M5 comp but i am not sure which models have Opf???

The car It's beautiful, very fast, quite discreet but very disappointed becuse the interior space. I think if you buy this kind of car you are expecting something more than a span between seats OMG!! Good video.
