- The LCI F90 M5 (and F9x M8 variants) are incredible cars out of the box, but compared to the earlier cars a lot of the personality has been taken away thanks to the OPF in the exhaust and updated ECU software.
In this video we take a fully stock LCI F90 M5 and transform it in to the car we think the BMW engineers wanted to make! One with more personality, more noise, better stance and the true performance the S63 V8 engine is capable of.

Sadly I don’t believe the LCI headlights are possible to do at the moment as the module isn’t simple to replace like Pre-LCI

Next time please write the decibel difference between the two exhaust setups. It would give us potential buyers an idea how much of a difference it makes to fit an aftermarket mid section or an exhaust.

Great video Imran, really good upgrades.I've got a 2020 F90 M5 Comp, would the upgrades invalidate the BMW warranty and also which insurance company do you use that covers the upgrades? Cheers.
Any modifications have the potential to invalidate your BMW warranty.
As a business we have business insurance for our vehicles, best to ask in an owners group for advice on insurance. Of course speak to your insurer before carrying out modifications to ensure you are covered.
Do you think that the eventuri intakes can fit a n63tu3?
I will do the same thing to mine. Question. What will the spacers and springs do the ride. More comfortable or less? Also, I love the care in which your technicians work. I'd choose your people if I did not live in the USA.

Springs as said in the video improve handling whilst maintaining factory levels of comfort. Spacers are purely visual, not sure many would be able to determine the small difference in track width they have made.

Question; With the spacers - is there any risk of rubbing against the arches with hard cornering (I.e. trackday use etc...)?
We never experienced any rubbing on our own car.
How much does this cost? Real numbers?
Which do you prefer mss springs or JRZ coilovers?
They’re different products really. The JRZ ultimately are better, but they’re a much more expensive and focused setup, that also loses the EDC function.
MSS is perfect for an every day car.
Even after opf delete it doesnt sound like the 2018 m5 with stock exhaust. No farts. What color is that?
Customer didn’t want that. We can do it but that’s not what they wanted.

Stage 2 is catless downpipes and OPF delete.
any way to get just the opf delete without mapping?
You’ll need some form of tune or OPF delete module or the car will go in to limp mode
I need help with my m5 f90 lci after doing the exhaust and taking the opf out so you need to reprogram it ? Does it go to a limp mode? does the engine light comme on?
Yes to all of those with OPF removal. You either need LEIB OPF delete module or our ECU tune.

Quick question… does the ECU take off the soft limiter or is some Bimmer-code needed?
We do that in our ECU Tune.

Imran have your customers started having problems with the mss suspension setups yet??
No, we haven’t heard anything but good feedback and have use the kits ourselves on our own daily drivers. The best HAS kit on the market for a reason.
@@EvolveAutomotive I run the set up on my F80 but have had a complete failure of all parts now, my last two mots have been failures due to MSS springs being snapped lifetime warranty is a bonus though.

Let me know what's the difference would be if I had a 2019 versus a 2020 and up. Let's say I want to stage one I would like to know the difference. I want it tuned and the new Turbo covers let's say I do nothing to the pipes what will my power be and the same question for stage 2 and I also want my Cadillac converters on. So what horsepower would I be looking at? 02-19-24

Having owned an F10 and F90 M5 from new (no longer, I’m now in a Taycan!), I wouldn’t own and run one of these without a BMW warranty if the car is over 3 years old. Where do you stand with BMW if you fit any of these parts to your car not only from a new or warranted under 3 year old car but on a car with a BMW warranty over 3 years old?
If you modify the car your factory warranty is void. Common knowledge.

60-130mph time is .2s quicker, better throttle response and intake noise.

The hybrid turbos that were mentioned in the video with Mr vanos ..times, issues or any issues that arose
Bmw was good quality but sucks with too much brittle plastic and cheap parts nowadays

This upgrades not worth money spend. Stock m5 is great. Only thing you should do is weight reduction. Thats all. If you want more power just stage 1 it.
Those aftermarket intakes are an absolute waste of money. I don't understand why companies continue to promote this rubbish intake system that does not benefit the F90 platform, nor the F10 M5 . The best system is the stock intakes.
Back to back this has been proven wrong many times. If you can’t justify the cost that’s okay, but just know if you’re chasing every .1s that you’ll be leaving something on the table with stock intake system.
