【焦糖布丁】How to make Crème Caramel/Custard Pudding/Q彈滑嫩, 0氣孔/ プリン/푸딩/크림 캐러멜/

材料： Ingredients:
(2個300 ml烤炙容器的量) (make 2 pudding with 300 ml molds)
焦糖： For the caramel:
糖, 80克 sugar, 80 g
水, 30 ml water, 30 ml
水, 30 ml (最後出鍋前降低溫度用) water, 30 ml (for cool down the temp.)
布丁液: For the custard:
蛋, 4顆 eggs, 4 (large)
糖, 60克 sugar, 60 g
香草精, 1/2 茶匙 vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp
牛奶, 400 ml milk, 400 ml
鮮奶油, 50 ml heavy cream, 50 ml
(1茶匙=5 ml)
烤箱預熱 300 F (150℃), 烤50分鐘
烤好後, 放涼, 儲放冰箱4小時或隔夜
Preheat the oven to 300 F (150 C). Bake for 50 minutes.
Once it's done, let it cool and then refrigerate it for 4 hours or preferably overnight.

👍75 我也做過簡單版本的布丁，可是JT做的成品特別的像樣，看妳湯匙挖下去的那種軟硬度適中，就知道妳的口感超棒的了。
焦糖準備的也很好呢！色澤好漂亮。如果有噴槍，最後放一些砂糖再噴一下，就更畫龍點睛了。
JT是不是已經準備好開館子了啊？我看妳應該從前菜到甜點都準備的完美了 😍
