Hello, from Bardstown KY, I absolutely love your videos. Thank you for sharing. Please be careful, you should really have another person with you. Because you never know who or what might be lurking around..sending ,🙏💜..The stories are so sad, it hurts my heart to see so many things just left to rot. I'm 64 and a collector of vintage toys and books. I would cherish the things left in all these houses. Wish things were donated instead of going to garbage...💜
Such beautiful photography, beautiful drone work, and beautiful commentary!! This is what makes you stand out from the rest! The respect you have for these homes and the way you capture their inner beauty is outstanding! ❤❤
Faites attention à vous quand vous êtes seul, il y a des fous partout. Surtout ne vous excusez pas, vous avez été courageux. Magnifique van, attention aux voleurs. Je vous adore (bel homme, respectueux.....) Bravo pour votre courage.
Have to tell you I like it better when you with someone else. NO ONE should be exploring on their own. I appreciate everything you do. Just loving the Camper Van. Love you Dave 😊
I’ll never understand the family not saving the photos if nothing else it’s the first thing I got from my grandparents house when we were emptying it, looking forward to seeing Mark out with you soon
Hi Dave. Been a subscriber for years. Always enjoy your explores and your quiet and gentle respect for the places you explore. Wanted to say, there was a picture with stitching showing 2 births, weight and times. They were twins! Boy and a girl. How awesome and special.
Me too felt someone was too I waiting for someone to pop up behind him and start talking not in a bad way but in a good way like oh my mom and dad where really something else or something I don't know probably wouldn't be like that but yeah it's been a while since he been a lone doing this I rather see him with someone of course people get busy and can't go with him..
Wow, there was so much left behind there. I wonder why there was no family to come and rescue the memories 😢 Thanks Dave for a really respectful and interesting explore, showing us how the occupants once lived there.
Glad you got the an!! It's beautiful and could save money on hotels, food and other stuff! I'd love to have one. Can't wait to see Mark again!! Looking forward to seeing you guys together!
So many things left behind, most if it is going to be gone soon. The worst imo is all those books moldering...books someone once loved. Sad. 😢 Thank you for holding on and giving us a tour while you were alone! 💪🏽 Love the van!!
Brilliant video.. So sad a lifetime of treasures and memories get forgotten I can never understand it... But then we get you to show such treasures.. Thanks Dave keep on doing what you do.. Hope Mark makes a appearance you two are good together ❤
That place is really beautiful. It's like a museum. Also, it looks like they still live there. They were very clean and organized. Thanks for sharing your videos with us, Dave (and Marky)!!! 🙂👍🙂👍
Looks really good, like the van ,great you can cook and stuff ,room to sleep, looks like everything left ,nice furniture, love those perfume bottles, wonder where they went
It’s so awful when there is a situation as this one. Why don’t the children care enough to have gone through this place and cleaned it out? Donations are always welcome at schools, orphanages, etc. Why let all of these belongings rot? Thank you for showing this place! Stay safe!
I absolutely love your van! I am working on getting my '67 VW splitwindow bus back on the road (County roads....take me..) My bus is a full camper too, man. Groovy!
I will never understand families not taking are a least selling pianos, grandfather clock and family photos. So sad! Thanks for all you do ad bring to us!❤️
Very nice video. It is sad that everything was just left. When our mother passed (dad had passed 10 years before mom), we 6 kids and our spouses had to clean everything out and get ready for an estate sale. There were lots of laughs and tears, remembering certain items and times. Watching this video was sad that no one cared enough about the family and just let the past rot away. Very sad...
No need to apologise. When you said about a place been abandoned and silent for years I always think that for a short time while you are there exploring the house comes to life for a few more hours.
Dave Brilliant episode shame not able to reach out to family if any? Huge amount left behind plus a house how many people would love a house to inherit mental to think no one came by to save items. Loved the explore you did an AWESOME EXPLORE THANKS ENJOYED😄
Watching all these abandoned homes, and all the stuff that’s left behind. So I decided to get rid of all my junk and just have the necessities because it’s gonna go in the bin I prefer to take them to charity shops. I really enjoy your videos.
You do a great job at what you do ,I read some people not liking other people but I like you have someone with you instead of by yourself ,in case of anything going wrong ,you stay safe
Dave, an amazing explore! Maybe I'm naive but i didn't feel it was rushed or that you showed being nervous. I can understand safety in numbers though. Keep doing what you do absolutely smashing it love your channel 👏 🙌 👍 ❤️
Oh bless your heart Dave! I saw a video about that too!! It was heartbreaking seeing those little crabs crawling around in bottle caps or whatever they could find. I saw one with a broken glass beer bottle!! 😢😢
Thanks Dave. So much left in the house and personal papers. You said it had been 3 years, i wonder why the family didnt take anything or clear the house out.
That house was really interesting Dave, but you were nervous that's why you get sweaty, just try to relax, but it may have been haunted by the owner who lived there, Thank you for showing us, you'll feel better when Marky joins you I am sure, keep up the great work Dave, we are all with you ok. ❤❤💙💙
I felt a heaviness in there just watching the video. Perhaps it is that heaviness that the family walked away from? Sometimes, the past is just too heavy to take with us into our own personal futures. I enjoyed the video very much.
What is wrong with people that leave their family home to die ? I think a lot of us would love to have this lovely place. So very sad. Love h way you tell a story about the family and this home. You bring us into the history of the house. Feels like we get involved as you do. Thanks.
Wonderful explore David❤ What a beautiful home that must have been at one time. I’ve decided to keep all my pictures on my phone, no more prints after watching all your videos. I have 2 boys & they don’t give a hoot about memories. Stay safe when you are & aren’t on your own. I truly look forward to your videos every week, thank you so much❤
How can their children leave such a beautiful property go to rack & ruins surely that's their inheritance, it would break my heart if I was their parents, Another brilliant video Dave x
david and janette from tasmania we love awe we was subscribed before but we having prolems with you tube aparntly alot of people was unscribed and people think it was youtube but becouse we are 60 we are lerning so god bless have fun doing what you love doing becouse you are documentig history i the makeng thank you😄❤💯👍👍
It looks like someone is certainly squatting in that house , there is so much clues around watching this video of yours . Thank you for your bravery to enter these abandoned houses and mansions . Sad to say these enchanted properties were once upon a time full of life and laughter. God bless you and your other adventurous team 🙏
Love ziggy the van and the singing 😊love to see you and mark exploring together again , what a sad story attached to this Dave , love my crocs too but not great for exploring 😂love your videos ❤❤
That was the same year I married my best friend and the same wedding colors❣️ The only thing different is Randy & I were in Springfield, Massachusetts!!! Never know what you'll find or see!!! Love your videos Dave! Such a soothing voice! Be Safe❤
So kids, this is what it would have been like to walk around any sloppy grandparents house in the 90s!! I can just see all the activity that went on here. I miss my grandparents!!! ❤❤❤
❤Such a shame it's been left and all those memories with the photos. Why didn't family claim it? I will never understand why!! Awesome explore, please stay safe and wear a mask. ❤❤
What a place to explore, how beautiful it must have been growing up there. Really sad all the memories that are left and forgotten in time. You did great Dave on exploring alone. Have a great day and safe travels
Another great explore! I appreciate your anxiety when solo, didn’t notice though… I also appreciate your approach/professionalism. I must say that you’re looking top notch these days- your energy and ethos are apparent and keep me here, watching and looking forward to your next explore❤. Cheers from Alberta, 🇨🇦.
Great video! Don’t apologise, I can totally understand it with you being on your own. It was so sad to see all those photos just left I just can’t understand why the couples children haven’t taken them. It was also nice to see that there was no vandalism. Loved the camper van and if I ever see you up my way i will give you a thumbs up👍🏻stay safe on your travels 😊
Great explore,I take my hat off to you for going in on your own. What a sad story, and sad that the family have just left everything to rot.Why don’t they care enough,to sort the place out,and respect the time, love, that the parents put into raising them.
I don’t think I could abandoned places on my own it would scare me. You always do such an amazing job Dave. Wow what a beautiful home so sad all those memories are left behind to rot. Fantastic work Dave always love your videos, keep up the great work and please never stop exploring 🤘🏼❤️
Loving your video dave on your own that's why your thinking it's eerie can't wait when you have marky with ya ❤ hope you had a great time when you went on little holiday in ziggy x
David, it is a sham that all that stuff was just left behind . That frame on the wall with all the abc’s on it. It was the birth of David and Helena who were twins . They were born 7-4-1992 , 12 minutes apart, which they now would be 32 years old. You can see them when they were young and older in some of the pictures you showed us . I believe it looked like Helena in the wedding picture and then older holding her two children.I believe their parents, if still alive is around my age , I’m 71. My son is 35 and my Daughter 49. So I bet that was the Grandparents house and their Mother and Father lived there and that’s we’re they were brought up.I noticed a lot of toys and things from the 50’s and 60’s. Good job being brave enough to explore that house. Happy trails! ❤️🙏🏻
Another great explore please be careful out their on your own Dave, such memories all left behind and forgotton about 😢I would love to sit and go through all those photos, cards and letters x
What's up dude! I live in a beautiful big house in the sticks in Cyprus with my partner. I'm 50 next month, and not one day foes past without me thinking my place may end up like the place your exploring and it breaks my heart. Kids come over every so often, but no real interest. Keep up the good work dude👍
Hello from Aviemore in Scotland. It’s always so sad to see how someone’s life is just left like this completely abandoned, but I absolutely love how respect the home that has been left, I also feel the respect you give for the person whom lived here. I have to say one thing though I get a very odd feeling about the lap top that was sitting there. It looked to clean and completely out of place with the age of the person and the condition who belonged to the house if the person had dementia, and also the natural decay in the house.I think you might be right when you mentioned squatters, I just didn’t get a good feel from it, so please please stay safe. Keep up your amazing work I love watching it. Jacs 👍🏼
What is wrong with the family’s why can’t they just sort it out and sell the house I’m sure someone would buy . This is why I love watching you find so many beautiful houses. Take care see you next week take care xxx
Don’t worry about feeling rushed. Just stay safe and if you feel like you need to get out, then go. Thank you for taking us along. Sending much Love❤ from Kansas 🌻
You found an amazing home. It is sad that all those photos go memories and the beautiful toys are without a home. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. As for fast run through the house, you did great. But being alone like that is quite creepy. I don’t blame you for hurrying like that. As for me, I don’t think I’d have the courage to do that myself 🫣
Amazing place. When you walked in it looked like someone lived there but some other rooms you could see mould setting in.So sad to see all photos and personal belongings left there.I love old photos.Than you Dave taking us with you.Take care
I loved this explore Dave, as always its done with care and consideration for whoever lived there. It always saddens me to see so many personal things like photographs left behind. Oh by the way ure van is class, it looks great. Lots of happy times driving it. Take care.
I can't believe all the family pictures. If anything, you would think someone in the family would have taken those. What a shame. Again, thank you for doing this. It is always fun to see what you tind, even if it saddens me sometimes. 💖
Great vid Dave, loved this house, shame for the lady with dementia and all those memories left behind, wear a mask Dave in these houses it will affect your sinuses bad the mold in there x
What an interesting exploration of long forgotten and long unvisited house in the woods! That was indeed the time capsule which allowed to see into the past of which I've never known about. Those photos that you looked through prove that there was life in that house. It seems that there were several generations who lived and were raised in that house. As you came back into your van, I've noticed that there was a girl/woman walking behind your van; see time frame from 34:35 - 34:37. Thank you for sharing this exploration!
Dave , I’m with you that someone may be squatting there. Lots of objects just seemed out of place. I kept expecting someone to appear and ask you what you were doing there. These places hold so many secrets and memories from years gone by. My husband and I were married in 1989 and had the same wedding album, even the same box it was in. Such an emotional video, you could have spent hours there. Another great video 😘
Dave, I was scared too! Despite the fact it was a comfortable family home with a warm history, it did feel creepy. You did a really good job, you pushed right through it, sharing all of the details that tell a story about the owner. There was a lot of stuff left behind. When family mementos and photos are abandoned, it makes you think something horrendous happened to make everyone just suddenly leave. It was a wonderful video, please stay safe! Carry pepper spray when you're alone!
Thank you Dave for another great video. It looks like a lovely house with so many memories just left behind. It saddens me to see this but there must be a genuine reason why it's been left. Until next week, take care my duck xx

Exactly, Tammy. Even if family doesn't want those things, someone else might keep and cherish them. ❤
Hello Bardstown from Boise ,Idaho. 👋🏽
Such beautiful photography, beautiful drone work, and beautiful commentary!! This is what makes you stand out from the rest! The respect you have for these homes and the way you capture their inner beauty is outstanding! ❤❤
@@blanning2058 ditto. He is the best out there. And his compassion for people, especially kids, is there for all to see and feel

David, I think I've mentioned this before, but you the first urban explorer I had ever seen and you are still my favorite!!
Have to tell you I like it better when you with someone else. NO ONE should be exploring on their own. I appreciate everything you do. Just loving the Camper Van. Love you Dave 😊
I agree, its safer to explore with someone else.
I’ll never understand the family not saving the photos if nothing else it’s the first thing I got from my grandparents house when we were emptying it, looking forward to seeing Mark out with you soon
I know right?
Same here. After my mom passed in 2016, she left hundreds of pictures that go back 100 years. I don't know why anyone leaves them.
Stay safe 🙏 my friend. We in the US🤠stand with y'all 🇺🇸❤️🫶🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪💪
One of the only reasons I watch this guy's videos is because David is so cuuute! 😍
Isn't he married? Yeppers, he's a handsome guy. I would agree!
Hi Dave. Been a subscriber for years. Always enjoy your explores and your quiet and gentle respect for the places you explore.
Wanted to say, there was a picture with stitching showing 2 births, weight and times.
They were twins! Boy and a girl. How awesome and special.
Noticed that too.
imagine getting reborn one day with all your memories, going to your old home and finding this.
You did a great job as always. It is so sad to see wedding photos left behind. There were so many memories....
Must be kind of scary to enter an abandoned home on your own, but you always do a fantastic job, Dave! Thank you for sharing this with us ❤
I know right?
My Abandoned Lads!
Missed you!
Love the new
“Mystery Machine”…sweet ride.❤️🇨🇦
Dave that was so heartbreaking to see how this family just left everything! I too felt that someone was watching you. Thank you for this video ❤
Fab video Dave and so sad to see someones house is now empty and all them happy memories in their too .xx
Thanks for the tour. The photos made me sad that nobody wanted these memories. You are respectful of these places and that's awesome. Take care😊
Wow, there was so much left behind there. I wonder why there was no family to come and rescue the memories 😢 Thanks Dave for a really respectful and interesting explore, showing us how the occupants once lived there.

Thanks Dave for the hard work, regards from South Africa 🇿🇦🇿🇦
Thats nice, be careful being on your own
So many things left behind, most if it is going to be gone soon. The worst imo is all those books moldering...books someone once loved. Sad. 😢
Thank you for holding on and giving us a tour while you were alone! 💪🏽
Love the van!!
So happy to see exploring and not always hunting for ghosts. Thank you David, your friend Cindy from Slippery Rock Pa USA.😘
Brilliant video.. So sad a lifetime of treasures and memories get forgotten I can never understand it... But then we get you to show such treasures.. Thanks Dave keep on doing what you do.. Hope Mark makes a appearance you two are good together ❤
Brilliant explore 🎉. Loved it!🎉🪅🪅😁😁
Thank you for sharing! I am surprised the children didn't collect the pictures! 🙏🏼🕊🇺🇸
Country roads 😊 thanks Dave for exploring and taking us along with you. And what a lovely story !
That place is really beautiful. It's like a museum. Also, it looks like they still live there. They were very clean and organized. Thanks for sharing your videos with us, Dave (and Marky)!!! 🙂👍🙂👍
Wow it’s mind boggling to me how these homes just get left. Great explore Dave 😊
I find it so sad to see peoples whole life just laying there to decay. You’d think family would want those memories to be saved😞❤️
There may not be family left.
Not trying to sound rude but sadly families don't care these days. As shown in a lot of these abandoned videos.
Dave Brilliant episode shame not able to reach out to family if any? Huge amount left behind plus a house
how many people would love a house to inherit mental to think no one came by to save items.
It's just so sad that they leave all that stuff behind😒
You do a great job at what you do ,I read some people not liking other people but I like you have someone with you instead of by yourself ,in case of anything going wrong ,you stay safe
Great video. as always, Dave! You are the best urb Exer out there! Looking forward to seeing you and Mark together again!
Dave, an amazing explore! Maybe I'm naive but i didn't feel it was rushed or that you showed being nervous. I can understand safety in numbers though. Keep doing what you do absolutely smashing it love your channel 👏 🙌 👍 ❤️
Another great explore. Sad to see what a death can do to a family. Such a nice surprise to see Mark
Beautiful old place , but a sad story. It’s so strange to me that family doesn’t at least save the photos 😢
Some homes have more sadness, but thanks for the tour. Love Ziggy!
That house was really interesting Dave, but you were nervous that's why you get sweaty, just try to relax, but it may have been haunted by the owner who lived there, Thank you for showing us, you'll feel better when Marky joins you I am sure, keep up the great work Dave, we are all with you ok. ❤❤💙💙
Agree about haunted. They probably lived there their whole adult lives. Things get human imprints. Be Safe, Dave.
Thanks.
That's a really nice wedding album. Someone should get that. Wish family would take it. And the rest of the photos.
It always makes me sad to see photo albums that are just discarded. All that family history gone. Thanks for the tour of the house.

Do love it when you find the old time capsules there interesting to see keep being you and stay safe 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 x
Nice van, Dave !!! Congratulations !!! 🙂👍
Love you and your videos. Love your van. You are such a sweet person. I would be freaking out too if I was by myself.
Another awesome video Dave, so sad though, all those memories left behind....Thank you and much love from New Zealand x
Thank you Dave for another great video. It looks like a lovely house with so many memories just left behind. It saddens me to see this but there must be a genuine reason why it's been left. Until next week, take care my duck xx
The way you present your videos is professional and awesome. I love your positive attitude. Your attention to detail, *ETC......*
