I have 2 questions. Is that bad if you can lift them (small lids) and see the nails wet? Also I see the plastic (backing)on the silicone, is that bad? So far I have leaks.. thanks in advance
The roof was approved for full replacement. There was also hail damage and the adjuster built his scope from the hail damage and included gutters and some siding. I just didn’t discuss the hail because there are so many varying opinions about hail damage.

@@ReignNeverFalls No, it has a lot of hail impacts and wind damaged shingles, it should have been replaced a long time ago by the looks of it.

it’ll start to get very expensive if you have roof leaks I’d tarp it if rain is coming, have someone come out ASAP
