I bought this pot for a second pot and use it often usually for foods that I really don’t need nonstick for. It is easy to clean and fits perfectly in my 2 lid model.
Correction to my previous message. I purchased the inner pot from Instant Pot. This was the inner pot, that was returned because it did not allow the Ninja Foodie to close.
Thank you for this video. I was searching for an inner pot compatible with my Ninja Foodi 8 qt smartlid because I ordered the Instantpot SS inner pot and it did not fit my Ninja . It doesn’t close. Doing that search and found you! Thank God. You are very pleasant and natural. You got a new subscriber. 😊
wow Ty, your the first video that shows all steps. Debating getting a stainless pot. I just got this ninja foodi 8qt and went by recipe book and so far over cooked everything i have tried to make,
Warning I purchased that same stainless steel inner pot a few years ago for my 8qt Ninja Foodie. I loved using it until I discovered that over time, it began to develop small holes in the bottom of the pot. That desrtoyed my Ninja Foodie. Causing me to have to purchase an entire new Ninja Foodie. On this particular day, I attempted to pressure cook wings like I have in the past. When the cooking was finished, I noticed that my wings were damn near all shredded up. I couldn't immediately figure the problem out until I soaked the inner pot to discover 2 small holes and 1 or 2 holes in the making. (Yes, I wash my pot out after every use.) That last time was the charm negatively speaking. I purchased the Ninja Foodie that you are currently using. I purchased another inner pot this time from the crock pot brand. Had to send it back it was to high and the lid could not close. I decided to glue the defective inner pot and use it for defrosting my food. (Zip Loc bags sometimes have small holes in them from time to time. I hope this will save someone from having to go through the same issues I went through. If I can upload pictures I will.
I'm glad you mentioned this. I'm just going to order a replacement pot since I dropped my original liner on my ceramic floor. Dang thing won't even hold pressure now. 😢
I purchased this pot several months ago but it would not come under pressure, even though it was stated on Amazon that it was compatible with the OL701!
Chef D. Not only can offer awesomeness when demonstrating a product on her channel, cook up a storm , she can also accurately quote “ Looney Tunes “. Love Her!👏🏾
I dropped my liner and dented the bottom and now it won't keep the pressure. I haven't even owned it a month. It would be nice if it came with a grabber to you can remove the liner safely.
You make the BEST videos. Always love your stuff.
Thank you so much for your kind words and thanks for watching!

It happened to me too. It doesn’t close.I will give it to my granddaughter . She has the 8 qt instant pot. Glad I found this video.
Thanks for the notice. I was hoping to use my Insta pot liner with a ninja but now I will just buy another Insta pot and hope this one actually works.
I was hoping to find an inner pot like this and then I found your video. Thank you!!

Awesome video✨✨✨Can you please do a video on cleaning the SmartLid
Hey sissy! Love my Ninja pots including the pressure cooker.
This looks just yummy! Thanks for sharing😋😘❤️☀️🙏🏾☀️
Thank you for sharing this information. I look forward to your demonstrations.
Looks delicious, enjoy.
Yes, the stainless steel was a deal breaker for me
304>nonstick
Also if you thicken it with a roux it would taste better in my opinion...

Awesome!
Is your Ninja Inner pot 24 cups or 32? I just bought the 8qt model but it comes with a 24 cup/6qt inner pot instead of a 32 cup/8qt.
Sweet potatoes 🍠 are good also.
Oh yes! Sweet potatoes would be DELICIOUS with these braised short ribs. Great suggestion, Craig!
Ohhh yess! I would cut them in halves and cook them with the meat as well 😋
I bought that stainless steel pot at the same time I bought my cooker. Probably won’t ever use the original one.
Wish they made a cast iron one.
Oh a cast iron one would be unique
Does this also work with the air fryer part?
@@RusticNatureReimagined yes, the air fryer insert fits in it just like the original.
Question will using the stainless steel pot make your warranty void?
I really don't know the answer to that. I'll reach out to Ninja Kitchen company and see if I can get an answer

OH NO! Did you return it or exchange it and try a new one?
@sweetsavant I kept it. I have two non-stick pots and I figured I'll just keep this one for non-pressure cooking. 😁

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Have you called their customer service department? I'm curious to hear what they would say.
Is this still working as I see your video is 11 months old? Can you use this with the air fryer?
Hello! It is still working however I have not used it with air fryer mode
