I'm making ribs tonight. Yesterday my husband and I have been married 52 years and our 3 beautiful young granddaughters stayed with us. A true blessing. I am happy you have a fur buddy. I hope we get to meet him.
Thank you so much for posting this! Just made some and they were delicious. It was the first thing I cooked in my new ninja foodie. That thermometer is amazing!
You made my day. I always like it when I see you’ve posted a new video. I have this Foodi model and really like it. I’ll be making these for my husband on Friday his birthday. Heard you say the dog wants in and was glad to hear you have a new friend. As always thanks so much Jelly 007. You’re the best.
Thank you Suzie... really good to hear that and I feel positive the hubby is going to be impressed!!! It's a really wonderful machine and be sure to tell him I said Happy Birthday!!! Also... thanks for asking about the dog... he is a self rescue or in other words he picked me...lol... he has been really fun so far (for the most part...lol... again)
Just came across your video. Must say you have all the gadgets and the know how to use them. Saw a later video where you cooked the ribs until they fell off the bone. I like them not fall off the bone as you did here. Excellent video quality too.
Hi Jelly I made these today and they are so delicious. And so easy. Perfect bite and super super tasty. Cook to clean up and plating under an hour. Thanks so much. You’re appreciated.
That one is different and there are some videos on it but the air Fryer part is a little tricky on any of these type units...I used mine for quite some time and never had a serious problem... but I rarely of ever did things like bacon in mine and I think that does make them harder to clean...
Hi John. Could I use St Louis style ribs for this using the same instructions? Thanks in advance. Love your videos and appreciate all the effort, expense and time you put into each and every one!
Recently kohls has been putting the 6qt 501 at a “closeout deal” for only $149. I would upgrade if i could get the 701 i just dont understand the significant price jump.
You do you make really good videos 007 but you know everybody ain't going to spend a fortune on that ninja foodi because it's got a temperature probe it would be nice to see you cook food with the other ninja foodi there that people can afford to buy
I've made ribs this way. They're okay if you're not a ribs snob (which I am.) Certainly can't beat the convenience and speed, but compared to a low and slow approach I found them a bit overdone and not quite as tasty. Of course, no natural smoke flavor plays a part, but rapid cooking is rapid cooking.... and for me, ribs deserve the slow approach.
You make me nervous leaving the plug on your countertop like that. If you lose it, you’re screwed. When you remove the thermometer from the case, replace it with the plug. There is a cutout for it.
Made these tonight, following your recipe , and "I promise you," they were great. Thank you so much .
Love to hear that... I promise... Lol... Thanks for trying the recipe and sharing your results!!!
@@JohnSanders I really enjoy your teaching style. The temp probe really is a game changer.

You are welcome!!!
That was one buetiful cook not to mention the ribs

Good day from Kamakura, Japan 🇯🇵! Thanks for the demo 👏🏾. I’ll try your technique later this week. 😋🐶👍🏾
Let me know what you think and thanks for watching!
@@JohnSanders I will. 😃🐶👍🏾
I thought that I would never depart from Instant Pot. You induced me to do so by demonstrating the One Pot Wonder in action.
*I don’t have the Ninja, but I’m going to try this. My daughter doesn’t like the “fall off the bone style.” This seems perfect for her!*
They are a lot better to me...I hope she enjoys them!!!
Always wonderful videos! One question. How do you clean your air fryer? I have a heck of a time with mine. Especially after chicken drumettes.
I have only ran a cycle of steam crisp to clean mine...
@@JohnSanders hmm. Steam crisp. I don't have that on mine. I have the older Ninja. Darnit

Yes... pretty much and depending on size... but as always check temps with a instant read thermometer to make sure they are at proper temps...
@@JohnSanders Thankfully I just purchased the one with thermometer included. I appreciate the response and thanks for the recipe! Take care!
Is this the 701? I don’t want to get the wrong one
Great video sir
175 Celsius?
Looking for your kitchen tongs? Are they the Joseph Joseph tongs at Walmart?
Seems like I always am...lol

Make sure it has the thermometer...imho...
@@JohnSanders yes i will definitely be waiting, my ninja grill has still been very good to me! Thank you

Would this machine be good for a single person. I love gadgets of all kinds and would love this but think maybe it would be too big 🤔
I think so...I have been using it for most of my cooking since I got it

Does the steam not effect the burner on built in lid? Make it dirty and burn?
Not that I have seen...
Hi Jelly love your videos! Can I get a whole slab in there? I know first time you cooked ribs you used the basket.
