A bathroom for all to see right when you are biting into that mouth watering steak...and then it hits you, other smells that make you want to vomit that steak right back up! 😂 I watch all the new house designs and nobody accommodates for a tv and the kitchens keep getting smaller. No counter space for cooking. And some people do not like fireplaces, yet every home has one. I do love the bedrooms upstairs.

I like this except for 2 major changes. I would shrink the laundry area down to accommodate a walk-in shower in the half bath putting a soaking tub with shower in the upstairs bath and I would want the living room extended forward to allow for more entertaining space and a deck with a roof that covered the entire home and car parking which would also need to be enclosed and wide enough for lawn care items and tools

I also often design a shower on the bathtub, but there are many people who don't like this. Because of the area of the house, there is not much space for common living. I'm glad you gave me advice
