A performance of a song written by Alexander to celebrate the Great Tapestry of Scotland.
Ahead of the Royal opening of the new Centre for the Great Tapestry of Scotland in the Scottish Borders, Alexander McCall Smith wrote six poems to sit alongside the beautiful artwork and stitching.
This song was composed by Tom Cunningham, directed by David Lyle, and sung by children from the Fiona Henderson School of Dance (Peebles). Filmed by Ryan Rutherford.
