Oh my goodness you said it sister! I have known the Lord since I was a teenager but got lost after life hit me in the face a few times. I was shooting heroin and taking Klonopins the docs gave me on The daily by the time I was about 27! My husband had got killed in a car accident, my family had stepped in and taken my kids in court before I got strung on dope but I was a mess and was not hanging on to my Lord and Savior! I became an escort back in the 90s and early 2000s so that I could make good money to buy dope and pay the rent Plus! My best friend was killed. by a couple crazies on crystal meth at a prestigious hotel or outside of it actually after her escort appointment about 20 years ago plus plus plus! Almost 7 years ago I was carjacked, kicked in the head like 20 times which caused a tbi/traumatic brain injury. That is what it took for me to start seeking the face of God again! While lying on the pavement bleeding out, knowing that I was dying after the two men took off in my car while I was lying on the ground at 4:00 a.m. in 2015 I told I was sorry and I meant it cuz I knew I was dying and asked him to please help me / repent and turn to me! Oh ! Neither me nor my life, recovery / spiritual growth with the help of Father son and holy Spirit or anything other than THE Father son and holy Spirit are without blemish like my life and growth is messy and it hurts! I do have love peace and joy and hope thank you Lord God!
Sorry that got sent accidentally before I was done so.. I have been hanging on to my Lord and Savior this past almost 7 years now and no I am far far from perfect things are messy sometimes.. most of the time LOL.. I have hope and I know that I am going to be with my Lord sooner or later! Yeah we all have a story, a past and some of ours are very traumatic and dramatic but all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, the wages of sin is death but thanks be to God our Father who sent Jesus who was perfect, the perfect sacrifice.. who paid that price that we cannot pay cuz we is broke when it comes to perfection! Oh I'm thinking of a few analogies! Lol thank you for giving me joy today Lord.. even some happiness and I love it when they meld.... the joy and the happyness! Somehow, I feel a bit disappointed in Ray's approach. Whenever someone tells him that they're already saved or that they believe in Christ, he still assumes that they aren't "doing it right" and continues to share his message regardless. I understand that this has helped some people who've experience a backslide to revisit their faith and come back to God, however, for people who suffer from anxiety or find themselves in a difficult position in life, it could raise doubts in them and in their faith and disrupt their journey even further. Because he brings up hell, it can be easily construed as a fear tactic and it's kinda not fair. Just my opinion.
@@AshAngela When in humility and quiet the guy said, "I don't know what happened.", Ray shoots back, "I know what happened, ..." That made me wince. I'm not so confident that just going out with the gospel and a clip board is the way to get everyone in the Kingdom. It works for finding people God has already been dealing with. But minimizing people's pain who ARE believers only puts them back out into the world. Western Christians should be cautious not to become 'great salesmen who can't explain the product'. Nothing against Ray or his ministry. But salvation isn't Tupperware™! We're dealing with hearts.

Yvonne Lasiter I think I get what you are trying to say, but a "traditional conservative perfect looking believer" like myself can reach anybody like you can reach anbody with the love of Christ, share the Gospel and disciple others. Just like Christ, I choose to live my life set apart from the order and patterns of this world. Not having tatts is one way I do it. I don't need to mark up the temple/body the holy spirit dwells in. Remember, people in my category would say people like you had less use and that is not true. Just be careful not to look down on other believers like may have done to you.

What the enemy means for evil, God uses for good and that's the point I was making. It's sad anyone judges people by their looks but it's that way in this fallen world and apparently with the angels in what I gather from scripture. @gg Pretty simple actually. Out of solidarity and a mutual understanding of what it's like to be a man. I assume that women are the same in this respect (?). Tim can have my man hug in Jesus' name too. And the heavy set guy too, although I'm not sure if he would be very accepting. Doesn't change the fact that I feel like he deserves it.
I watched a bunch of these videos today then I just went out & talked to 8 people in my town & 2 of them prayed to receive Jesus - now I just got back home & continuing to watch !!! I’m loving it, the gospel works & people’s lives are so precious, we have to do this!!

It’s an honor and a privilege to serve my Master (God) and it brings me so much delight when the Lord places someone in my life to serve and see the hand of God on it knowing that He sent me this person to help because I am simply willing to do so. This is so true! Please don't judge a book by it's cover. For some reason, since I was a little girl, I have been blessed with the gift of compassion and a desire to help those in need. However, my parents can be very vain at times and would always tell me not to associate with people who were born into a bad family... deep down I always knew they were wrong but I didn't want to dishonor them so there was always this internal struggle inside of my heart... but one day I met someone who lost their mom, dad and brother. She was also hit by a car and became addicted to pain killers after that. This all happened to her in less than two years. However, I invited her to church and told her about The Gospel and it completely changed her. We are still friends and she goes to my Bible study now and is clean from drugs. (: God is awesome!!

Yeah, that or maybe he doesn't like the holier-than-tho attitude of the interviewer. It was a very one sided conversation in which the interviewer was clearly setting out to guilt the interviewee into repenting. eg. 'you are a sinner.' 'you are going to burn in hell.' This is the very thing that drives many people away from God. Do you think this man left with warm and fuzzy impression of a Christian, or do you think it solidified his decision to separate himself from them?
Poor Tim - he looked really troubled and downcast- like he was lost. If only he could find some decent fellowship to help,put him back on fierce for Christ. He knows the word but he seemed.very lonely- I pray that a brother or sister will come alongside him and love him back into the kingdom
Tim looks fine. He has more love in his heart than a group of 40 of you people,, lol the crowd does not save you, it damns you. I always use the English language when speaking of Jesus, because unbelievers (those we’re trying to reach) will have no idea Who we’re talking about if we refer to Him in a foreign language they don’t speak. I may as well be saying, “Put your faith in Иисус Христос.”

I agree only somewhat with “Put your faith in Иисус Христос.” comment, because I believe that Yeshua's Hebrew name is a seed from the word of God, and even if people don't understand initially, I have seen that they eventually do enough soul searching and research to see that His name was changed. Иисус Христос was not the name given to Mary mother of Jesus, right? Plus Yahweh brings understanding where we all cannot, when it comes to His will or His chosen names. For a while, my cousin thought when I said Yeshua that I was in another faith outside the one we share in Christ Messiah, but now, after researching, she is adamant on calling Jesus by the name given by His mother. Also, there are lost Jewish people who need to know that Yahweh faithfully gave the promised Messiah from the line of David. Currently, with all of the "christian" sects, they believe that Jesus is a pagan god. I love what you are doing, so I am not trying to argue the point. I know that you are saved and are snatching people from the flames of fire. Amen brother! Jesus is king when he returns with his bride. To day he is king of this earth is to accuse him of doing a terrible job! Satan has the kingdom's of this world (he even offered them to Jesus) but they will be taken away from him soon. Lordship salvation is wrong but simple faith in Jesus from the heart is what we need to give those lost. They need repentance to recognise they are a lost sinner and in need of a saviour (which Ray highlights well) but they do not need to repent of all their sins to be saved as you are just trying to add to the finished work on the cross. Repentance will flow there after as a fruit of salvation.
@Navarone- I do too. There are outspoken critics on this channel, I'm sure most being arm chair evangelists. Ray only has a few precious moments to reach these dear souls and I think he does a great job doing just that. Take care friend.

I am praying for you. I see you watch Gabe the Street preacher, so you know he was delivered from sexual sin. When I got born again and was brought to repentance, I realized that I deserved to be stoned to death. So forgiveness made the go and sin no more real. I also imagined Jesus on the cross and my sin stabbing Him in the side with a spear. If you see Bible prophecy being fulfilled, read 1 Thessalonians 4 and make yourself truly free and ready.

By guarding it according to your word. With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. You need to do this everyday and build your spirit man so u will be strong enough to resist the temptation... if ur waiting for god to magically take away your desire then u will be waiting forever... Its down to your faith and obidence to God. Jesus said you need to cut of your own hand, Jesus never said he was going to do it for u. If u really want to be set free u will, its disciplined lifestyle, if God set me free then he can set u free but faith comes from hearing the word of God and if ur not filling or day with it then ur going to lose faith. We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment. How shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation (Hebrews 2:1-3)? It’s a demon cast him out. No one is a Slave to sin. You break these people loose even if you lose the relationship. It’s your soul at stake and that’s more precious in Gods eyes. You must ask the lord to give you the gift to hate sin. Your already on your way. The conviction of the Holy Spirit is chasing you. And keep letting him.
God can't resist humble, hungry people. It's not the fact that you've sinned, it's how you handle it. Are we going to take the help from Jesus or try to justify our sin.

I thought the same thing, good post. Kind of reminds me of me before. But this time I'm letting Scripture speak for itself without any preconceived notions of what I think it says and now I see a pattern that only the Father can make. It's now clear to me that I've been taught wrong, and most believers are wrong. The way most believers do, and I did before, is like taking a solid foundation out from under a house and thinking that house will stand strong. It won't, it WILL fall. What most people believe does not line up with Scripture. The problem is we were taught that we are living in new testament and the old is history. With this conditioning we are set up to be deceived into thinking we understand what Paul said and did as well as the rest of them. Without understanding the foundation, you can't understand the rest of the house. The Messiah said that the law AND THE PROPHETS will not change even the slightest until all has been fulfilled. The prophets have prophesied events in our future so obviously they haven't been fulfilled yet. So that means that since it's still ongoing, so is the law. When the Son said, "it is finished", He wasn't talking about "old testament" law, He was talking about the end of sacrifices. Now we no longer need to sacrifice animals for sin and we can go to the Farther without a priest but the law is still intact. The law (singular) nailed to the cross means either one law or all of them, no pick and choose. Sin is transgression of the law and if there is no law, there is no sin therefore there is nothing to repent of. We all are going to heaven, right? Of course not. Wouldn't it be easier to believe that it is one law that He fulfilled, the one that was against us? The Savior prophesied that not everyone who says Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom. The example of people He gave did miracles in His Name yet He denied them, He called them law breakers. How do you do break a law if it doesnt exist? We can't keep the law perfectly, that's what the Messiah is for, to help us through and past a stumble. The thing is to keep trying. But don't keep sinning unless you want to keep forgiving someone who sins against you as often as you sin against the Father. Don't want to do that? Well you will have to or the Farther won't forgive you. The deceiver is very cunning, beware. It saddens me that so many people thinking they are going home but are told, "go away, I never knew you".

I Thank God for parents instrumental in the salvation of their ENTIRE family, extended & inlaws, friends & thousands of strangers. Unheard of. I feel privileged, blessed with Godly parents & a country to worship freely. My kids were raised with the love & admonition of our Lord & taught to value relationships. We witness increasing Spiritual degridation & complete desensitization of the result of sin. I'm watching them destroy their lives.They don't even know the definition of sin. Which is (anything we do which hurts ourselves & "innocent" people) Even though they had devastating visuals of sin's consequences they choose danger. Mom was murdered by a tainted blood transfusion. My daughter became a stripper. Her son is gay with multiplying genital diseases that he's happy to share. Her genious daughter dropped out of college, lives with an X con. My youngest loves being sick & all the attention it brings. One thing that is a certainty, "All" humans will disappoint us even God because He often says "Wait" ..We're watching Evil take over the U.S /world. Many Millenials & others believe they have the power of God to save the planet. An impossible "undertaking" It's key we recorganize "Fear" i. e "evil" i.e d'evil" has an effective weapon we ALL succumb to consequences we face as the result of the gift of free choice. Poor ones. One guy offered Himself to save us from ourselves will be RECOGNIZABLE to ALL in heaven, earth & even in hell. Many will wish they would've heeded the warnings. When it's time to make the last choice they'll ever make on earth. God is at this moment preparing a new earth out of this one. (Un- noticable) by the closed minds & evil induced blinded eyes. Repentance is to change your mind and turn to Christ in faith for the remission of your sins. We don't completely stop sinning to obtain Salvation. Because we still sin wether in word, thought or deed. Even with sins of omission and commission after being born again.
Acts is a transition book turning to the gentiles for Salvation through Christ alone. Baptism is simply a outward expression of one's faith in the "FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST AT CROSS."
There is a common theme to all these videos - if the person being asked has the courage to look at themselves and be truthful about how "good" they really are, the message of salvation through Christ resonates with them, but if they insist that they are "good" people beacuase they "only sin a little" and are happy to accept the filth and ugliness of sin in their lives, well then they remain unreceptive. They persist in their own lies and believe themselves "beautiful" and "clean". Salvation truly is for the desperate.

The closer to God I get and the more I immerse myself in His Word, the less I worry about the temporary things in this life. This boby, this flesh and blood, is simply a rental car for my soul in this foreign land. One day this old rental car is going to break down and die and I'll be headed home to be with my Heavenly Father forever.

not just repentance and trusting God though. in Acts 2:38 it says to repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of your sins and to receive the Holy Spirit.
@@joeneceda3677 the Bible tells us that when we are baptized, we are baptized into the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus commanded his disciples to baptize in his name, he told them this as he was preparing to depart from the Earth, this was a part of the New Covenant for us to operate under in the absence of Christ in flesh on earth. You cannot be baptized into the death burial and resurrection that has not yet happened. Hebrews explains it more as it talks about a will / Covenant coming into effect after a person's death. And that is how baptism works for us, it came into effect after Christ died for our sins. The Bible also says that anybody who does not keep the Commandments Jesus gave us does not have the truth in them and is a liar, and baptism was a command not a suggestion. So there are many different angles you can look at it and all of them point to baptism being a commandment from Christ that is attached to salvation in nature. Baptism is not just a ceremony for an outward sign of an inward working like we here all the time, that's not what the Bible says about it. Also, the faith that we are saved by is the one that produces Our Lives to completely change. If you say you believe in marriage, but then cheat on your wife, you didn't really believe in those vows so much did you? Faith is the same. We believe not only with our hearts and minds and words but also with our lives and actions.
When you feel so much mercy rushing in your heart just by looking at and listening to that man with tattoo on his face, oh how much more the God of mercy who is the most merciful? 😍

I've spoken to old ladies thinking they will be responsive yet react aggressively to the gospel and yet I've been reluctant almost worried to speak to rough looking people yet they are the people who listen what you have to say about the gospel and will accept it as truth ! The Holy Spirit always convicts a person when they know deep in there heart they see there wrong ways. I always ask the lord before I read the Bible to cut me with his words each and every time. I want to know when I look in the mirror I see my true self not something the world has made, I want god to make me his lite to shine bright. I want what no man can give me....
Man, Ray! I gotta get this off my chest. I love you and your work and God is truly great and blessing people through you. However, as a born again believer and truster of my soul to and in Christ alone, I have to take a slight problem with your message. I do not think it is biblically justifiable to preach REPENTANCE as a CONDITION of SALVATION. The bible states faith in Christ’s death and resurrection as true God and true man is ALL that you need. Repentance and the seeking of a Godly lifestyle is the furtherance of our glory and the goodness of God, but since NONE ARE GOOD, and ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT, and GRACE THROUGH FAITH ALONE....NOT WORKS...we do NOT have to achieve perfection before our death to be with our LORD forever.
Repentance is not works. When you decide to believe, and follow Christ, do you not say you are sorry for your sins? That you understand you have broken His commandments? That you know it was wrong? Here are just a few scriptures about repentance. And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Mar 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Mar 6:12 And they went out, and preached that men should repent. Luk 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. God bless you . By believing in Christ, repentance follows!

Women will not allow a man to propagate unless he has pride and confidence. The young man is still in his breeding years, his behavior is normal and natural for someone of his age. Also, death does not appear to be already knocking at his door - that makes a difference in attitude also.
Wow! Tim really touched me. Sometimes I can look at an individual, and feel the "father heart" of God for them. It's just a love I can't explain. I felt that for Tim! God is crazy!!!! I’m 16. I’m blessed to be so religious at the age I’m at. I pray every night and was on a role like Tim! Sadly I lost my spark and kept thinking about all the bad I’ve committed. I prayed to god to help me find my path and this video was amazing. Tim is almost just like me. I’m happy I was able to learn so much from that conversation. Never underestimate the power of prayer. Lucifer was cast down from the heavens on to earth when he fell, and god allowed him to have dominion over the earth. He was further cursed when he deceived Adam and Eve. Oh my goodness you said it sister! I have known the Lord since I was a teenager but got lost after life hit me in the face a few times. I was shooting heroin and taking Klonopins the docs gave me on The daily by the time I was about 27! My husband had got killed in a car accident, my family had stepped in and taken my kids in court before I got strung on dope but I was a mess and was not hanging on to my Lord and Savior! I became an escort back in the 90s and early 2000s so that I could make good money to buy dope and pay the rent Plus! My best friend was killed. by a couple crazies on crystal meth at a prestigious hotel or outside of it actually after her escort appointment about 20 years ago plus plus plus! Almost 7 years ago I was carjacked, kicked in the head like 20 times which caused a tbi/traumatic brain injury. That is what it took for me to start seeking the face of God again! While lying on the pavement bleeding out, knowing that I was dying after the two men took off in my car while I was lying on the ground at 4:00 a.m. in 2015 I told I was sorry and I meant it cuz I knew I was dying and asked him to please help me / repent and turn to me! Oh ! Neither me nor my life, recovery / spiritual growth with the help of Father son and holy Spirit or anything other than THE Father son and holy Spirit are without blemish like my life and growth is messy and it hurts! I do have love peace and joy and hope thank you Lord God!

Somehow, I feel a bit disappointed in Ray's approach. Whenever someone tells him that they're already saved or that they believe in Christ, he still assumes that they aren't "doing it right" and continues to share his message regardless. I understand that this has helped some people who've experience a backslide to revisit their faith and come back to God, however, for people who suffer from anxiety or find themselves in a difficult position in life, it could raise doubts in them and in their faith and disrupt their journey even further. Because he brings up hell, it can be easily construed as a fear tactic and it's kinda not fair. Just my opinion.
@@AshAngela When in humility and quiet the guy said, "I don't know what happened.", Ray shoots back, "I know what happened, ..." That made me wince. I'm not so confident that just going out with the gospel and a clip board is the way to get everyone in the Kingdom. It works for finding people God has already been dealing with. But minimizing people's pain who ARE believers only puts them back out into the world. Western Christians should be cautious not to become 'great salesmen who can't explain the product'. Nothing against Ray or his ministry. But salvation isn't Tupperware™! We're dealing with hearts.

Just like Christ, I choose to live my life set apart from the order and patterns of this world. Not having tatts is one way I do it. I don't need to mark up the temple/body the holy spirit dwells in. Remember, people in my category would say people like you had less use and that is not true. Just be careful not to look down on other believers like may have done to you.

This is so true! Please don't judge a book by it's cover. For some reason, since I was a little girl, I have been blessed with the gift of compassion and a desire to help those in need. However, my parents can be very vain at times and would always tell me not to associate with people who were born into a bad family... deep down I always knew they were wrong but I didn't want to dishonor them so there was always this internal struggle inside of my heart... but one day I met someone who lost their mom, dad and brother. She was also hit by a car and became addicted to pain killers after that. This all happened to her in less than two years. However, I invited her to church and told her about The Gospel and it completely changed her. We are still friends and she goes to my Bible study now and is clean from drugs. (: God is awesome!!

Amen brother! Jesus is king when he returns with his bride. To day he is king of this earth is to accuse him of doing a terrible job! Satan has the kingdom's of this world (he even offered them to Jesus) but they will be taken away from him soon. Lordship salvation is wrong but simple faith in Jesus from the heart is what we need to give those lost. They need repentance to recognise they are a lost sinner and in need of a saviour (which Ray highlights well) but they do not need to repent of all their sins to be saved as you are just trying to add to the finished work on the cross. Repentance will flow there after as a fruit of salvation.

I am praying for you. I see you watch Gabe the Street preacher, so you know he was delivered from sexual sin. When I got born again and was brought to repentance, I realized that I deserved to be stoned to death. So forgiveness made the go and sin no more real. I also imagined Jesus on the cross and my sin stabbing Him in the side with a spear. If you see Bible prophecy being fulfilled, read 1 Thessalonians 4 and make yourself truly free and ready.

Kind of reminds me of me before. But this time I'm letting Scripture speak for itself without any preconceived notions of what I think it says and now I see a pattern that only the Father can make. It's now clear to me that I've been taught wrong, and most believers are wrong. The way most believers do, and I did before, is like taking a solid foundation out from under a house and thinking that house will stand strong. It won't, it WILL fall. What most people believe does not line up with Scripture. The problem is we were taught that we are living in new testament and the old is history. With this conditioning we are set up to be deceived into thinking we understand what Paul said and did as well as the rest of them. Without understanding the foundation, you can't understand the rest of the house. The Messiah said that the law AND THE PROPHETS will not change even the slightest until all has been fulfilled. The prophets have prophesied events in our future so obviously they haven't been fulfilled yet. So that means that since it's still ongoing, so is the law. When the Son said, "it is finished", He wasn't talking about "old testament" law, He was talking about the end of sacrifices. Now we no longer need to sacrifice animals for sin and we can go to the Farther without a priest but the law is still intact. The law (singular) nailed to the cross means either one law or all of them, no pick and choose. Sin is transgression of the law and if there is no law, there is no sin therefore there is nothing to repent of. We all are going to heaven, right? Of course not. Wouldn't it be easier to believe that it is one law that He fulfilled, the one that was against us?
The Savior prophesied that not everyone who says Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom. The example of people He gave did miracles in His Name yet He denied them, He called them law breakers. How do you do break a law if it doesnt exist?
We can't keep the law perfectly, that's what the Messiah is for, to help us through and past a stumble. The thing is to keep trying. But don't keep sinning unless you want to keep forgiving someone who sins against you as often as you sin against the Father. Don't want to do that? Well you will have to or the Farther won't forgive you.
The deceiver is very cunning, beware. It saddens me that so many people thinking they are going home but are told, "go away, I never knew you".

Repentance is to change your mind and turn to Christ in faith for the remission of your sins. We don't completely stop sinning to obtain Salvation. Because we still sin wether in word, thought or deed. Even with sins of omission and commission after being born again.
Acts 2:38 says 'repent and be baptized ' for the remission of your sins.
Not be baptized for Salvation
When my sins are remitted when I repent and get baptized through obedience - I believe what that means is I AM SAVED.
Acts is a transition book turning to the gentiles for Salvation through Christ alone. Baptism is simply a outward expression of one's faith in the "FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST AT CROSS."

There is a common theme to all these videos - if the person being asked has the courage to look at themselves and be truthful about how "good" they really are, the message of salvation through Christ resonates with them, but if they insist that they are "good" people beacuase they "only sin a little" and are happy to accept the filth and ugliness of sin in their lives, well then they remain unreceptive. They persist in their own lies and believe themselves "beautiful" and "clean". Salvation truly is for the desperate.

@@joeneceda3677 the Bible tells us that when we are baptized, we are baptized into the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus commanded his disciples to baptize in his name, he told them this as he was preparing to depart from the Earth, this was a part of the New Covenant for us to operate under in the absence of Christ in flesh on earth. You cannot be baptized into the death burial and resurrection that has not yet happened. Hebrews explains it more as it talks about a will / Covenant coming into effect after a person's death. And that is how baptism works for us, it came into effect after Christ died for our sins. The Bible also says that anybody who does not keep the Commandments Jesus gave us does not have the truth in them and is a liar, and baptism was a command not a suggestion. So there are many different angles you can look at it and all of them point to baptism being a commandment from Christ that is attached to salvation in nature. Baptism is not just a ceremony for an outward sign of an inward working like we here all the time, that's not what the Bible says about it. Also, the faith that we are saved by is the one that produces Our Lives to completely change. If you say you believe in marriage, but then cheat on your wife, you didn't really believe in those vows so much did you? Faith is the same. We believe not only with our hearts and minds and words but also with our lives and actions.

Man, Ray! I gotta get this off my chest. I love you and your work and God is truly great and blessing people through you. However, as a born again believer and truster of my soul to and in Christ alone, I have to take a slight problem with your message. I do not think it is biblically justifiable to preach REPENTANCE as a CONDITION of SALVATION. The bible states faith in Christ’s death and resurrection as true God and true man is ALL that you need. Repentance and the seeking of a Godly lifestyle is the furtherance of our glory and the goodness of God, but since NONE ARE GOOD, and ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT, and GRACE THROUGH FAITH ALONE....NOT WORKS...we do NOT have to achieve perfection before our death to be with our LORD forever.
Repentance is not works. When you decide to believe, and follow Christ, do you not say you are sorry for your sins?
That you understand you have broken His commandments? That you know it was wrong? Here are just a few scriptures about repentance.

God is crazy!!!! I’m 16. I’m blessed to be so religious at the age I’m at. I pray every night and was on a role like Tim! Sadly I lost my spark and kept thinking about all the bad I’ve committed.
