Should I be concerned at about 150 degrees of flexi on just over a month out of surgery? I need to be able to sit on my heels again with the sports I do.

As long as you didn't force it or nothing bad happen for you to get to 150 degrees, I wouldn't be concerned, but just speak with your physical therapist that you're working with or your surgeon just to make sure the graft is solid. Not the most "normal" thing to get to 150 deg that quickly, but if it feels good and no issues, then great work!

i am in 5 weeks of acl reconstruction with grade 2 meniscus repair. but i cannot bend 90 degree while lying on bed

Hi great question. With a meniscus repair, you will typically have range of motion restrictions of not passing 90 degrees for 4-6 weeks then gradual progression of knee flexion range of motion (pending on your surgeon's post-op protocol). It is typically easier for people to bend it more sitting than laying down, but continue to work on it. Speak with your surgeon and your rehab specialist on proper progressions.

Did that hurt? It looks so painful right now...
    I'm pre-op stage MCL tear 😖

Working on range of motion into flexion and extension post-surgery is going to difficult and will likely push into "discomfort" to make improvements; just don't force it and push into "pain"

I just removed a cast today been 3 weeks my leg is truly weak and skinny I had an injury, but still no MRI for the knee and I feel like it's locked when I try to bend it further and further should I stop or keep going? Is this what they call a stiff knee or is it a damaged cartilage preventing the movement?

Sorry hard for us to answer these questions without more context. Normal for the leg to get "skinny" and stiff after being immobilized for that long. Why did they put you in a cast? You should ask these questions to the doctor that put you in a cast.

My knee is hard to bend after 11 months of ACL reconstruction, please what is the way out?

Consistency, effort and patience. If you continually work on it and its not at a functional range, speak with your surgeon and PT to develop a plan of care

Please ask your doctor for some excercises and see a physio who can help you with them.
