    I'd like to suggest a glass container for the eggs to cure in to avoid the chemicals from the plastic container leaching into the eggs. The process was great. Thank you for sharing.

      Food color lang po after na po ninyo ilaga saka ninyo ilubog sa red food color. Damihan nyo lang ang kulay. Wag nyo po isabay sa laga kasi kapag may nabasag habang inilalaga sayang kasi papasukin ng kulay ang laman.

    I make my salted eggs and put in glass bottle container not plastic container.It is safe to use glass container than plastic container.

      Dahil sobrang alat naman po tiyak na walang mabubuhay na bacteria dyan at ilalaga naman ninyo ang itlog later, so in essence pwede po ulitin. Pero on the other hand mura lang naman po ang asin kaya palitan na lang ninyo at wag na gamitin.

      Ano po ang ibig ninyong sabihin? ang super saturated po ay yung time na hindi na natutunaw ang asin kapag inilalagay ninyo sa tubig. That's the time na pwede na po itong pagbabaran ng itlog. Kung hindi pa po super saturated ang asin (meaning hindi pa masyadong maalat tagalan na lang ninyo ang pagbababad ng itlog) Every now and then subukan ninyong maglaga ng isa para tikman. Sana po nasagot ang tanong ninyo? ingat po lagi.

      It does not matter kahit ilan ang eggs. Ang kailangan talaga supper saturated na. Yung hindi na natutunaw yung asin sa water.. basta nakalubog ang itlog sa water kahit ilan..

      Hindi na po hindi ko po alam paano susukatin. Basta po ayaw na matunaw ang salt sa amount ng water na enough para pagbabaran ng itlog super saturated na po iyon at tingin ko po ay ebough na ang alat..after 19 days mag trial po kayong mag laga para matikman kung ok na, kung kulang pa dagdag pa kayo ng araw sa pagbabad.       Kailangang maging super saturated ang water. Meaning hanggat natutunaw pa ang asin lagyan mo pa..kapag dumating dun sa point na ayaw ng matunaw ok na yon. It doesn't matter kung ilan ang itlog aslong as nakalubog sa tubig ok yon...after 22 days try mo maglaga then tikman kung ok na ang lasa..kung kulang pa add another week kung gusto mo ng mas maalat.

      Sorry po. Ang gawin nyo na lang po ilagay nyo yung eggs sa water kung nakalubog na ang eggs, alisin nyo ulit then buhusan nyo ng salt while stirring constantly, kapag hindi na po natutunaw ang salt enough na, supersaturated na po iyon pwede nyo na pakuluan then palamigin at ibabad doon ang eggs

      Halos doble po ang laki ng size ng double yolk. Pakitanong nyo na lang po sa nagbebenta alam nila iyon

      Pwede naman po kasi wala namang mabubuhay na.bacteria sa.super saturated.na.salt.

    Gaano po ung sukat Ng tubig Asin at bilang Ng itlog para malaman ung sabi po nyong maalat na timpla

      Basta po hindi na natutunaw ang asin super saturated na po yon..ang dami naman mg tubig depende sa dami ng itlog kailangan po nakalubog lahat ng itlog. Nakadepende sa tagal ng araw ng pagbababad kung magiging maalar ang itlog.. after 18 days subukan na ninyo maglaga ng sample,kung matabang pa ibabad pa ninyo ng ilang araw.

    Boil 8 min and eat with spoon. Egg will not get black if you boil 8min. And with spoon you take egg easily from shell.

      Depende po sa eggs. Mostly kapag itlog ng manok hindi po nagiging oily..pero pag duck eggs yun po ang nag ooily.

    Puede po bang himalayan salt ang gagamitin ko. Gusto ko po na hindi maalat

      Hindi ko pa po nasubukan. Pero kung gusto nyo na hindi masyadong maalat bawasan ninyo ang curing days.
