    The “overthinking the perfect plan” was incredibly accurate, as a young player I can relate to trying to formulate some perfect plan which isn’t possible.

    I really needed to hear number 6. I currently play in a small team in the lowest division our age (Males 15-16 Y.O) and I often feel that my level is higher than the team. All my friends play here and it's where I live, but one of my other friends who plays in a team in the highest division our age wants me to switch, since he sees me on the same level as them. I have really been thinking about this move but I think this was the breaking point, as I realized that I would never be able to improve at the same rate here as in the other team.

    That loyalty one is so true. But at the same time we've seen time and again pro footballers leaving clubs they've been at for a long time to go to a different environment with little success, it just goes to show that the grass is not always greener on the other side

  • @nickzara8986
    @nickzara8986 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    The loyalty is such a big reason. I was half injured for almost half of the season. Missed the first half pf the season. everyone kept telling me to come play and you’ll rest later but now I’m in off season and I can’t run. I can’t get better as a player because i was “loyal” to my team

  • @ronrowefc
    @ronrowefc 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    The recovery stuff is so true. Even when you said fitness. If you’re FIT! Which came from doing your gym exercises and eating properly hydrating and sleeping.... you’ll recover quiet well lol if you’re not fit doesn’t matter how many times you want to sit in ice you’ll still be hurting and maybe injured too. Also on point with loyalty. No such thing as family at those levels. The only family is the one in your house. Do everything that’s best for you.

    • @kylemiller5671
      @kylemiller5671 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ronaldinho said he did 3 sets of 600 juggles everyday. It didn't just make his touch legendary, he was able to perceive more of the match by focusing on his surroundings more than his next touch. Great things happen when you're able to manipulate the ball effortlessly.

    #1: Buying unnecessary equipment
    - not necessary to buy all sorts of manikins (the yellow dudes), poles, the band things and instead put the money into savings for hotels, flights, and fees for football opportunities
    - buy 15-20 quality match balls
    - 20-25 cones
    - a rebounder incase you don’t have a partner
    - side note by me: you can make a little “wall” out of wood if you don’t have any good walls by your pitches or house or whatsoever
    #2: Tons of supplements
    - research micro and macro foods instead
    - basic supplements but try to get most of your supplements from your food
    - research a proper and balanced diet
    #3: Emphasizing recovery tools
    - (90%) majority of recovery should be from sleep, proper hydration and nutrition and being fit in the first place
    - massage guns, foam rollers, etc are the last 10%
    - should be getting lots of sleep, proper after practice/game nutrition and taking care of yourself
    #4: overthinking the perfect plan
    - being too busy trying to perfect everything takes away from actually getting on the field and doing stuff
    - focus less on fancy drills and focus on what you want to work on. If you wanna run, run. Work on passing? Find a wall.
    - stick to the basics
    #5: relying on analytical tools
    - relying too much on stat vests, GMR tags or whatever other analysis tools
    - amazing insight but take with a grain of salt
    - don’t tell the whole story
    #6: Loyalty
    - Progression of your career should come first
    - loyalty should be directed towards you and your career
    - you and your career should be seen as a business
    - even if you love your team don’t be afraid to take a better offer since it’s best for you.
    I might’ve missed some points and stuff but this is the short summary of it

    Underrated tip: read bluelock.if you have a good 1-2 years of experience pre reading blue lock .you can learn just such a shit ton more .
    What i learned?
    Off ball movement
    Spatial awareness
    How to enter flow
    And it shapes your mentality so much
    As to what you should do and not.
    And it makes it easier to comprehend if you have ever entered flow state previously .
    Overall i suggest you make a plan and set goals you wish to achieve weekly daily monthly and stop giving a fck about haters they don't know the shit you went through to become whta you currently are ,exceed your limits
