Nice , this type of apartment on the island, Victoria island or ikoyi or oniru . Will cost a lot , the owner of this property, has really thought of everything to make the life of the tenants easier. Very unlike a typical Nigeria landlords.

I have watched a couple of your videos and will confess you help to sustain my passion of returning to Naija when I retire. You continue to reinforce without being forceful that the Naija renaissance is possible, even when the daily realities suggest otherwise.
The landlord of the house featured in this video checked off all boxes and deserves kudos for providing this level of convenience and luxury for his tenants. While I commend the superb infrastructure in the house, I am curious to know if Nigerians that can afford to pay over N2.5million for rent would love to live in Ipaja. The fact that the apartments are not located in parts of mainland that are assumed to be premium or middle-class may make them a hard sell.
Though I may be wrong, I think a better positioning for the apartments would be to manage them as short lets targeted at people who appreciate luxury and comfort in a place like Ipaja, where such standards are not the norm.

Closeness to the Airport is an advantage not mentioned in the video.
2.5 million can get a nice place in Magodo.
I don't think most people who can afford 2.5mils will enjoy living in this area.
I built my duplex in ipaja ayobo to be precise but I don't think if I had wanted to rent an apartment I would go for a 2.5m apartment in ipaja

Omg this is amazing! I stayed in Egbeda on my first trip and I loved the area and the people. I have friends in Agege/Ipaja too. This would be perfect. But my question is were you able to turn on the tap to see if the water pressure is good?

@@efreeholdings1575 aah gotcha. I think it depends on what you are doing. We stay on the island because we like to live close to the beach and we like the schools there for our daughter . I'll say its not as busy as the mainland for sure
@@thenigeriannomad Im definitely interested in visiting Nigeria, Lagos and Abuja. Im an African American woman, I have many saying I look like the yellow skinned Igbos. In the future, I want to do a venture of visiting all the states in the country but if the northern tip states have insurgent clashes, I will have to avoid, of course. Nice apartments. However, I am not been negative, but how many people can afford these kinds of properties ??? The ordinary Nigerian can only dream of living in such apartments. We currently have the same situation in the UK, where some many new apartments are put up at very unavoidable price's for the ordinary UK citizen, whether to buy or to rent !!!
All the available apartments have been rented out. So, Nigerians love good things and they can afford them,

Did you mean that the Service fee is #2m yearly par each unit or the #2m is combination fee together for the four unit? Just wondering how can service charges be same as rent. What about those who don’t stay permanently but just only when they are home! Though I have the phone number and I think it will be best to call them. Thanks You are doing a great job.

Which small things ? I am genuinely wowed by it because it is not my usual experience when i check out places to rent. Dishwasher is WOW, Hardwood floor is WOW! That many batteries to power the whole house is WOW! fully fitted is WOW! . All rooms that come with AC is WOW! lol. I am sorry my WOWNESS offended you ooh.lol
