Genius man I loved this. I invented a phrase myself goes something like this "if the assist doesn't feel as good as the goal then your not a team player" we win together we lose together and we dissect plays after the game my friends.

I loved this talk. He speaks in a manner that keeps you engaged and his coaching method is great. "Don't berate players" move on to next play.

Absolutely brilliant talk. I have 4 kids who all played sports from when they were 5 years old until they graduated from HS (one played in college for a few years). Coaches and parents should watch and digest this mindset!

Nice video. Coaching rugby was so awesome for me. One major difference is that is you are coaching "right" your team captain takes nearly full control for the matches. I just watched and took a few mental notes for improvement drills on Monday before we scrimmaged against ourselves. My players played rugby more than any other team and that's what made us better. Less time with drills and more time playing the sport ,learning to be leaders, and team players.

A championship mind set is a process of falling down and getting back up. Mental toughness and understanding all success is built on a foundation of trial and error

This was amazing! In life we are all teachers and students. And whether you are coaching athletes, singers, employees or even your own children, we have an opportunity to focus more on the game and not the result. When we can do that, there is a win for all sides especially when we mentor them to have the confidence to do it on their own the next time better than they had before. THAT is the purpose.

So, as a child, you fixate entirely on one thing and you just never develop past that. This allows a large pool of corporate interest groups to exploit your fixation in a show pitting highly obsessed people against one another. And this is good for society because it make the owners and operators of these corporate interest groups ALOT of money. And small groups of rich people manipulating the masses in order to siphon money away from the economy is healthy economic activity. Gotcha.
